Integral to any sales person!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of search and the depth of info captured. As a sales person, I couldn't be as effective without it. Follow-ups are so much easier and pointed with Gong too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind honestly. It's very easy to use and has everything I've needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better preparedness for calls and easier follow-ups with saved info

You're sales team is missing out if you're not using Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to look back over my meetings in the lead up to any follow up conversations. It gives me a competitive edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding it hard to find anything that's truly dislikable. If I had to choose anything I'd say that it keeps logging me out of the app periodically, not that this ruins anything but it can be a bit of a chore if I'm in a rush.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the video content internally to upskill and train new starters, which before Gong was a manual process of having them ghost into our meetings. This increased efficiency allows us all to focus on our roles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to run through demonstrations with key stakeholders and users to ensure user acceptance.

- I've had a couple of incidents over the course of almost a year of using Gong where the call doesn't record and show up where it should. I don't have an answer to why, but that's my only real complaint.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Solutions Architect, Gong is a lifesaver. Being able to not only go back and review the audio and video, but the way content is also broken up by speaker and topics makes it a game-changer for me. Going back and creating notes from a Gong call is a breeze!

I have been using Gong for 6 months and I have no found anything wrong with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solutions architects and sales engineers are often stretched on calls. Whether fielding technical questions or conducting a demo, we can't always capture the data points that would be helpful in creating a solution. Gong completely changes that for me.
I work as a consultant at a software company and gong has been an extremely valuable platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate and look back or search on prior meetings where critical information was communicated but I may not have been able to document everything during the call. I also like the features of speeding up and sharing snippets of the call to a colleague or client.

Sometimes recordings might be missed or delayed and resolution can be improved.

hard to find time to listen to calls that have been recorded

I can't be on every call with my team, recording a lot of them gives me time to go back and listen later.
Great to help enhance your sales skills over the phone and correct language

Ability to select calls and listen to portions. Skip the parts that don't have substance.

Not easy to search for calls by date. it would be nice to search by date. I'd like more searching options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct language that hurts your sales. Easy to listen to speech patterns and fix hard to hear nuances. Its awesome to hear your conversations and determine why you stuttered, broke from the script or even repeated yourself.
No perfect but good

The way it calls out various topics, love the way i can jump to topics

It doesn't appear to process calls under 1 minute... at least for our organization

Its helping me with better sales talk. Listening to yourself sheds like on the ums, like, oks, good good good...types of worthless words.
