What do you like best about the product?
Asking gong for notes on the call and insights into sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I've become a tad lazy in my note taking.

Easy to refer back to customer conversations to prepare for follow up calls.

The call analysis and Q&A on the call discussion, sharing meeting with auto expiry of the access, trimming meeting

UI could have been more intuitive, focussed more on Sales usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When gong is in my meeting, i can focus completely on the discussion. It takes notes, records the meeting and share insights too about the call.

Gong is helpful to me. I like the summaries provided and I like watching my consults to gain insight about ways to improve. Its easy to use.

The summaries are a little wonky sometimes.

Insight on times I speak too much or use the same word too often is beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really started liking how accurate the AI insights have become. It actually picks up the important parts of calls and saves a lot of time with summaries. The visibility into deals and team activity is also very helpful. it just makes tracking everything much easier without extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could definitely be better. it still feels a bit limited compared to desktop. Also, when you first start using it, the dashboards can be a little confusing. Once you get used to it, it’s great, but making it more user-friendly in the beginning would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us identify what’s working and what’s not in our sales process by analyzing calls and tracking rep activities. It solves the problem of scattered sales data and gives us a clear, centralized view of our pipeline. It also eliminates the need for manual tracking, which saves time and improves accuracy. As a result, we’re able to focus on high-priority deals and coach our team more effectively.
Great for training
What do you like best about the product?
I love how helpful it is from a training perspective. I can review colleagues calls and get a sense of how I should treat the customer. It's easy to use no complaints at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it is all amazing. Easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI call summary is super helpful, as is the category / subjects they can identify and the time in which those categories are talked about

Not really one that i can think of at the moment! We really enjoy using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on the product team, so I am not frequently on calls with customers. It is extremely helpful to be able to quickly watch our sales + CS teams talk to clients directly and hear product painpoints / how the product is impacting the deal. We don't have time to listen to the full call, so the conversational intelligence is sooo valuable to click directly into the relevant parts of the convo.

I Likes interface looks like a fun tool, very easy to use shows all our call recording in list just select to listen also has transcript which is a plus

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it accurately transcribes my calls and provides a summary on email after the call is over. Helps us work efficiently. Its also very easy to use and has a vast number of features.

Perhaps some features in Gong engage and flow could definitely benefit from improvement

Gong is solving mass emailing for me. I can run cadences efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
AI functionality that summarises highlights of the call and CTAs saves me a lot of time so I can focus on engaging with my customer instead of taking notes.

Setting up the integration to enable automatic call recording was not clear / straightforward.
It doesn't allow a single customer that may have different brands integrate under one name so that when I search for calls I don't need to search in each individual brand. I would like to search for this from a central place.

Saves me a lot of time so I can focus on the content of the call instead of taking notes.
I can very quickly be brought up to speed on the status of accounts that have been handed over to me.

The recording at the beginning telling client we are recording the call it is quite awkward.
