What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX. The most user-friendly and seamless experience in their space

The transcript can be off sometimes. yep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constantly evolving my sales process and conducting thorough follow-ups. Setting concrete next steps I can contribute a huge part of that to Gong.

Gong is on another level in comparison to the other players in the space!

Meeting notes, ability to listen back to customer calls

Does not adjust when meetings are rescheduled, misses those calls

Ability to listen fully to conversations instead of focusing on note taking.

Transcription of recorded conversations - it’s like an automated way to keep records of follow up requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike, although I would like to see more recording automation options for mobile communications.

The most important business problem, which is ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Gong saves me so much note taking time; helps me focus during a call

I like that I don't have to waste time and focus on taking notes. I like that I can focus on the customer and reference the call at any time.

The search functionality is a bit weird sometimes. It's not consistent. It's also hard to understand performance metrics.

Gong is easy to integrate with Zoom and has an awesome AI feature to understand different sections of calls.

Nothing horrible to report. I would prefer if it allowed you to share a webpage with your call.

The ease if call recording is one of the best features.

Some of the call recording/syncing has taken a bit to get used to, but pretty minimal.

Call habits, key words/phrases, customer interaction, response time, talk percentage. So many different things I have never analyzed before that have definitely benefited my calls!

The ability to get a weekly email with all the calls where subjects and issues i'm interested in were brought up

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is a great product! i highly recommend it. in our organisation it is mainly users by the GTM departments but i also use it from the product side. if you consider buying it, you should for sure ask for training before start using it. the alerts feature where gong sends you emails with specific subject you create tags for is great! i use almost only that functionality. also the call to text is very good. i think there are some big issues in their UI and UX, it is not easy to navigate in the platform (thats why you should ask for training) and find out where to find diffrant stuff but the support is really great and answer fast. for product people it will be a bit harder to subtract insight out of it but the call to text is good if you know exactly what you are looking for - for me, as a product designer it helps to find all call where UI and UX are mentioned and that way to find any type of feedback question or miss understandings both from our teams side and the user side.

Ability to quickly review calls and "tag" folks for questions. Gong accelerates digestion of customer questions/points

So far very happy with Gong, but sometimes when I'm tagged I don't get an email alert (sometimes work sometimes does not)

I like to be able to go back and listen to my calls to see what I could have done better. In addition, I like to be able to listen to my coworkers calls to hear their talk tracks to help my sales pitch

Inconsistency with upload time of the calls.
