What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool, the best thing I like as a bdr is the recording, it helps you stay focus during the calla and you can come back later to the notes
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it is for security reasons but, signing every day is such a pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the features of gong are amazing, connecting to Salesforce, connecting to lush and zoom info, and Linkedin it makes a sales life easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong makes it easy to review customer conversations after a call with its call recording, transcript, and searchable notes, so I don't have to rely only on memory or manual notes. It's fantastic that I can quickly go back to specific parts of the conversation, confirm customer requirements, and identify clear follow-up actions. I also value that Gong helps the whole team stay aligned, enabling teammates to review the same call and understand customer context without attending every meeting. Gong helps save time, reduce miscommunication, and improve the quality of customer follow-ups. With features that help me record and review customer calls, capture meeting notes, track follow-up items, and share important conversation insights with my team, it keeps me organized and better informed about customer needs. Gong also records and transcribes conversations, captures key points, and makes following up accurately much easier. Teammates get visibility into customer discussions and action items through Gong, streamlining our workflow alongside meeting, CRM, and internal communication tools. The platform feels more suitable for organizing and sharing insights on customer conversations compared to just using default meeting summaries from other tools like Google Meet and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor improvement I can think of is making some areas of the interface a little easier to navigate for new users, especially when searching through past calls or finding specific insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record and review customer calls, capture meeting notes, and share insights. It helps me avoid missing details, stay organized, and understand customer needs. It improves my team's alignment by making customer discussions visible and provides reliable, searchable call insights.

What do you like best about the product?
AI Recap provides helpful summaries, outlines, and clear next steps and is accurate and easy to leverage without much editing.. I also like how easy it is to share with clients, and how searchable everything is by attendee or client. Being able to save calls into different folders is useful as you ramp up and use them for training. UI is intuitive as is navigating the platform. Overall using the Gong makes work much more efficient and makes collborating easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Gong! Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easy to catch up on calls I missed. It drives efficiency and improves collaboration, and it also helps with training and ramping up. Creating and sharing action items is much easier, which keeps follow-ups clear and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It just complements our CRM well and provides value in more ways than one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration to create users in Gong is automatic but the license assignment isn't so I still have to do that manually. I also run into issues where we're missing calls and I feel like I have to do a lot of digging around to find it. Good thing they have a very responsive support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting really good insight into calls with prospects and clients without having to actually attend. The innovation around transcripts/summary, AI tools within it, have given us a lot of ways to automate and make use of the data/insights we're collecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong provides a summary when I'm reviewing calls. It's really helpful because I can use keywords to quickly identify if there are any issues with the call or if I'm looking for specific information. The ease of finding what I need is great. I also found the initial setup to be 'so easy,' definitely a nine over 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI translation during calls can be inaccurate because some details or words are not relevant to what the person in the call actually says. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives easy access to call narratives, offering quick recaps. I like using keywords to spot issues or find specific parts of a call effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Outbound dialer, AI rephraser, Activity sequence with multiple options, flows, Analytics specially etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not pull previous email chains in case I am following up 2nd/3rd time with prospect, sometimes it pulls wrong Linkedin profiles when clicked. There are few things which still needs to be fixed or enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes the flows in which we need to do contact prospect as an SDR, email writing convinience, all the data required on the same page, user friendly option to switch to different important feautures, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's AI summaries of call recordings, and searchable transcripts saved a lot of time at my work & made my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes transcripts miss context & AI summaries miss detailed info. I had to review the lengthy call recordings manually which was a bit time consuming.

It really helps in reducing the ramp/onboarding time. Further, lowers deal risk & tracking customer conversations.
