What do you like best about the product?
I am so grateful that my company decided to invest in Gong--it's an incredible learning tool. I love being able to listen to my calls, but also something that helps me break my calls down into metrics. I can work to improve my talk time VS customer talk time, review my filler words, review the structure of my calls in relation to the structure of calls of more successful reps. I also LOVE being able to go back and listen to my calls on different speeds after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, as an individual rep! I think the only issues I've encountered are occasionally in its integration with GoToMeeting, it blips in and out and you hear the "dial in/dial out" chime noise. But honestly, not a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives the business the ability to set goals. Our team has the goal of reducing the ratio of our talk time in comparison to customer talk time to 60:40, and this gives me something to work towards. Our team also has the goal of mentioning our user conference in every conversations, and this is trackable with Gong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! As an individual rep, it has seriously and truly helped me have more effective and successful conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to re-listen to calls and also have them segmented into categories
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, everything seems great aboung gong. The only thing that is not good at times is how gong anounces itself when it enters a call and can confuse the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps understand how calls went, great for training new hires

What do you like best about the product?
Detailed analytics of my calls, allowing me to improve on talk tracks I wouldn't have known I'm missing
What do you dislike about the product?
It's unfortunate that you can't look up calls by phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comparing myself to my peers to ensure I'm covering the correct content. The benefits are that I've improved and thus had more deals close.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows you to better review and understand your strengths and weaknesses as a salesperson. Gong allows leadership to providing real-time coaching and training on call that was previously not available to professionals before
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is tough to justify against an SDR team

Coaching, training, impactful mentoring and keyword lookup is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the ability to use Gong for a discovery calls and demos and because it is recorded, I don't have to take notes. I get to do that in the playback! #awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the mobile app, but do wish that you could watch the video on it vs just audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has given us the ability to record our calls/demos to then review individually, share with our team, review with our team, and even share snipits with a prospect/client.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is like watching game film. You can analyze what went well, what could have been said and get better!! Overall, the Gong team has been super open to enhancements and made them happen in record time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I have bought Gong at 2 different companies and would bring it into a 3rd in a heartbeat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows you to review your teams calls and provide coaching without actually sitting on a live demo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is must have in your coaching stack. I think back to what I did before and trying live dials, etc makes it challenging.. Gong is the real deal and a must have!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Gong.io is a simple and brilliant platform for recording, analyzing, coaching and learning from your team. This platform can be used for on-boarding new hires to your company: Set up a 'library' of best conversations that nailed your message and let the new hires shadow your greats. Great for teaching new SDR and Account Executives learn the ropes. Also great for continually up-leveling seasoned sales team members on a new pitch, on getting better at staying customer focused, and learning from themselves how to be even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really dislike at all. Sometimes it can be confusing how to add a new alert, and you have to have a bit of patience while you choose the best word combo that will find the high value nuggets from conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On boarding to a new position or new team. New hires to sales and company wide. Teaching sales team what are the winning perspectives in a conversation. Let the customer talk more! Even when the AE thinks the customer is doing the talking, this system show them the reality of the conversation. The team enjoys competing to find the good and great call and to leverage the bad and awful ones as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out. The results of saving the relevant calls, setting up alerts, and leveraging for coaching 'speaks' for itself.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to review demos that I've booked to hear the outcomes and use them as training opportunities to potentially better qualify future prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It serves the purpose I'm looking for, which is to review past demos as a learning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing why we missed on opportunities. Better insight into what we could have done or said to increase the likeliness of closing a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
listening again to your conversation is great. Recording also is organised in a very efficient way - by analysing key points of the discussion such as pricing, negotiations, or competitors analysis. It is also great to have a transcript of your calls. Very useful for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I dislike for now. I know it is a valuable tool that everyone in my firm is using massively.

Better follow ups via email. Improve your conversations.
