gong is a must have for every sales organization
What do you like best about the product?
I can pinpoint keywords and focus on certain topics with my manager. Also we can see how much I'm talking in the conversation, brilliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing that I dislike about gong. It's so high tech and user friendly and useful in my job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the only problem is that every call doesn't end up in my gong for some reason, but the benefits outweigh any problems.

I love the search keyword feature and the ability to make comments so others can see.

I wish there was a easier help section. I have a hard time finding help on the tool.

Best Call Data Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to see if your calls are going well, track success, filler words etc. I use it everyday to review my calls. Our team reviews all of our calls to see where we went wrong and use gong's suggestions to improve future customer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more training on how to optimize my use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving how to improve talk tracks and conversation flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to search specific terminology throughout a call. That way, you can go back, and see if you hit all necessary topics on that call, but better yet specific words or explanations that you DID not say, you can do on the next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing that I do not particularly like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the sales industry, every call can run differently. Being able to look back, easily rewind or fast forward to show others how your call has gone, and even better, listen to other representatives calls. It's helpful to see what you personally need assistance or help on. It's all a learning experience.

Definitely learn all the features so that they can be readily used!
One of the best call analytic programs
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a lot to love, integration to Salesforce. A communicative team, and auto-transcribed calls which allow tracking and detecting whether certain call metrics are met. Using these you can almost do anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one dislike I have about Gong.io is due to the startup feel, at times there are some development gaps

Incredible Sales Enablement Software
What do you like best about the product?
As a company, we invest in a lot of sales enablement software. For me, Gong is hands down the most useful sales tool we have at PayScale. I don't stress nearly as much about notes anymore. It allows me to be much more present in the conversation. When I prepare for leadership calls - I am able to quickly go through my previous demos and confirm what is truly important to my customers. This keeps my leadership presentations concise and impactful. Beyond that, it exposes bad habits that I didn't even know I have. Gong's ability to analyze audio is truly incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's honestly hard to pick something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very complex product and sales process. Gong makes it a lot easier to provide quality training and feedback to both long-term employees and new hires. Our management team has even started sending out short daily clips of AE's who are killing it to the sales team. From a personal standpoint, I actually went through quite a sales slump earlier this year - our Director of Sales went through 6 of my demos and recommended some easy tweaks - I ended last quarter at 140%. I can not recommend Gong enough.

The post call analytics are very useful to ensure on point customer service.

There are no current issues that I have with using Gong.io

The benefit I get from Gong are clear post call analytics to ensure a great customer experience. In addition, sharable links are very good for customer follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Keyword search, talk-time breakdown with topics covered, scoring, analytics. Everything really

Nothing really comes to mind. Sometimes it takes a bit long to have a call uploaded and transcribed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, and coaching. Gong allows me to review any call I'd like, at any speed, with any particular focus and leave feedback while doing so.

Being able to listen to calls and pick up on things that I may have missed

The text is not always accurate and could use some improvement so the depiction is easily available to read
