Amazing tool, even for product teams

What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager I really love Gong because it allows me to be more places at once. I use Gong almost every day to keep up with what customers are saying, and to get a directional sense of what our prospects care about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I am getting everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to understand what sales teams and prospects are saying about the product, sharing insights with others.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can search for specific words in your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly just wish the call was recorded a little bit quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to pin point "pain points" for clients

Gong has improved my selling abilities

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Gong is able to breakdown an entire sales call. Everything from my talk time vs the prospect, my patient score (which I didn't realize how important that was), and even my longest monologue. And with Gong's ability to transcribe my line of questioning, it makes it very easy to find sepcific points of the call that I need to review. Lastly, the ability to tag my sales coach has been really helpful when we do our on-on-one meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. It is really a helpful tool and has allowed me to strengthen my sales skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to identify points of weakness within the calls that I have with my clients. This helps increase their awareness of what I can do for them and ultimately allows me to generate s ales opportunity from it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed the mobile app! Being able to listen to calls on the go while I’m driving and helping me hear what I could do better has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that in the past year of using Gong, I don’t have any complaints! Keep it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to pull up calls fast and without any issues has saved me HOURS!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy search of the audio snippet that you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better voice recognition translating into searchable keywords, especially when there are multiple people in a conference room, all "appearing" as a single person that dialed into the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to understand the real context of a call when one is not present, without being influenced by the messenger who would have otherwise relayed this information to you.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search, by key word, across every engagement is incredibly powerful. I also love the ability to download and listen to calls while driving, maximizing my time and ability to digest the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Gong as a product.. my biggest complaint is that we haven't converted every team to using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to dig into specific topics of interest across a broad spectrum of calls providing us with valuable customer insights. It offers the ability to test key messaging, understand more detail about the customer or user journey, identify key pain points or delighters, and discover competitive insights that would otherwise be hidden within inaccessible call notes or logs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have the ability to search for key words throughout your call records, you need Gong.

My favorite sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I can go back to watch my video calls if I missed a data point. No more scratching my head wondering rats what did my prospect say about that. My manager can also see my calls and provide feedback to make sure I'm getting better and better in honing my craft. I can also watch top sales reps' calls to see what they're doing, and emulate accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes gong doesn't always connect to my zoom calls but NBD. I also wish that the tags when you're looking at your stats were a bit better.... Gong just came out with an article about how you should be talking about next steps yet that's not any of my tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, feedback, employee engagement in sales.

I'm very thorough in all my calls and make sure I never miss anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's the best sales tool out there that provides a ton of visibility. They have great blog articles too for your sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can re-listen to calls to refresh my memory of conversations with clients! This has been extremely helpful when moving into my follow up calls. This helps me strengthen my relationship with clients so they understand that I care about helping them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Gong. It has been a great tool for me to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to recall conversations and decipher notes taken quickly has been replaced by reviewing my calls on Gong. I am also able to share my calls with my supervisor to help coach me through difficult calls so I can understand if there is a better way to handle a phone call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong has been a tremendous tool to help me with refreshing my memory with client conversations to ensure I did not miss anything and that I am effective and efficient in my role.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the accuracy and speed of the transcriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stats page is a bit clunky- I wish I was able to sort more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to coach each individual team member in a much more focused way. Helped decrease ramp for new hires

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick out one benefit that I like best. Gong has been an amazing solution for our company and has made an impact across all departments—sales, CS, product. If I had to choose one thing I like best I would say it is the built-in coaching. Our reps are able to track their talk time and interactivity level throughout their calls. This feature has changed the behavior of our reps and our consultation calls are now conversations vs. presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. We were one of the early adopters of Gong and there were lots of gaps in the beginning—but that's expected for any new product. Their product team is amazing and I'm blown away with the speed at which they push out new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales manager the ability to know, on demand, what is happening in sales calls is the greatest value to me. A rep can request feedback on an entire call or just one segment and I'm able to listen and provide feedback in the form of timestamped comments. Our reps are improving faster and are more interested in improving their skills because of Gong.
