Amazing transcripts and summary's

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the best transcripts / summaries compared to other call recording platforms I have prevoiusly used. I do not need to manually take call notes on a call anymore and can focus on the conversation. It has a very robust platform. It is easy to use and use without thinking about it, it integrates well to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to search for prevous call recordings if the occured over a month ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking & call sharing across the company. Everyone can look at our client calls and see what sentiment the client was feeling on the call and a summary without having to speak with the agent who held the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to review my calls, learn from others calls, quickly create a follow up email and find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have yet to find anything I don't like about Gong. My access is limited due to my company subscription, so I wish I had access to more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to review my calls, so that I can become a better seller, it ensures I am not missing any imporant information from prospect conversations and it helps me prepare for future calls but providing quick recaps. The AI features make it easy to pick out informaiton.

good for meeting notes

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for post meeting notes. I use their ai to search through the transcript and retrieve information from the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes longer than neccesary to analyze a call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to write meeting notes. I have the transcript and integilence about the sales call on hand

Ease of use, continual innovation adding new capabilities and features, seamless integration with other tools, helpful insights to improve customer engagement and identify risks

The UI changes frequently as new features are released

Best tool for CSMs and AMs

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is being able to have a complete overview of Account interactions and ask AI question like, what agenda items would be helpful to have on our next QBR.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are less expensive competitors but they don't have the robust functionality that Gong does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me insight into meetings that I can't attend and an overarching understanding of accounts and their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things I love around gone one thing it particular that recently has been something I’ve used a lot is watching calls from the positions above me since I moved into a new role and seeing all the different things, it picks up and analyzes and using it as a tool to learn. And also has a lot of other great features around tracking pipeline. Your calls the AI features of how I can improve and be better. It’s just overall a super great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is at times I struggle to find certain things, but it’s just cause it’s such a great product and could be complex but otherwise I think everything’s great

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helped me to refine my calls, and allowed me to easily find certain patterns that I used to do without even notice it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the files were disorganized, where the call numbers misplaced,

By describing my calls it allowed me to objectively look at how my tonality was being used

Great tool to boost your productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Relieves me from taking notes during meetings. I am more engaged in the calls. it's also very handy to play the call afterwards to check what have been said.
What do you dislike about the product?
The french and german languages are not so well recognized by the tool. I still have to write my summaries by myself, the generated version is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy to generate follow up emails or ask the tool a question about a client. I save a lot of time with Gong.
It's also nice to play calls done by my team members, no need to attend them anymore.

Time Saver Extraordinaire

What do you like best about the product?
I am at a new job and have been leveraging Gong for outbound prospecting. I love how much time is saves me every day. First of all, it creates a to-do list for me and separates it by Calls, Emails, LinkedIn connections, etc. Then it provides a way for me to pre-create templates or write them ad hoc on the fly. I love that there is a way to create a flow so that I can use my own best practices to set up a flow that works for my style and then add people and manage them appropriately. It is a phenomenal tool for keeping you on track and organized. I am very competitive so I like being able to see the statistics of my teammates to see where I rank in the statistics.

While I was in training I was able to watch all of the discovery calls, demos, and negotiation calls that my peers have done as they were all recorded in Gong. This helped me ramp up very quickly and learn our pitch, our product, and what we show on demos versus having to sit on calls and make my peers feel uncomfortable.

I also love the feature that shows you who opened your messages and how many times so you can see what messaging is effective.

The AI Features that help you craft messages are pretty cool too.

All in all, I love using Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not found anything I don't like about Gong. I find it a very well-thought-out solution. I would like a way to create an Activity in Gong and have it log as an activity in SalesForce.

It provides a lot of good content and time savers
