What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an incredibly powerful tool for sales teams, providing invaluable insights, call analytics, and actionable data that drive performance. The transcription accuracy is impressive, and the ability to track deal progress and coaching opportunities makes it an essential platform for any revenue team. The UI is intuitive, the integrations are seamless, and the data-driven approach genuinely helps improve sales outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI functionality leaves a biy to be desired. While Gong provides great insights, its AI-generated recommendations and call summaries often miss context or misinterpret key details. If the AI were more reliable, the platform would be nearly perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving the problem of visibility and insight into sales conversations, ensuring that teams can track, analyze, and optimize their interactions with prospects and customers.
Better Deal Visibility: Gong eliminates the guesswork by showing me exactly where deals stand, highlighting risks, and helping me prioritize follow-ups.
Coaching & Performance Improvement: The call recordings and analytics allow for data-driven coaching, helping me refine messaging, objection handling, and overall sales effectiveness.
Accurate Note-Taking & Transcriptions: I no longer have to manually take notes or rely on memory—Gong captures everything so I can stay engaged in conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Many things. I like the way it can help forecast your pipeline but most of all I love the emails it can generate after your meeting highlighting certain topics. Gong helps you stay focused on the call and no worries about having to write notes. Gong's AI can help generate answers to any questions you have about your call. Without Gong's AI features on a daily use, I don't know how I'd be able to keep up.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some areas i wish you can collapse and make some features more visible on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is the biggest problem Gong is solving. Gong saves me so much time so i don't have to write up follow up emails and don't have to write notes during my meetings.
An incredible insight generator, relationship manager and learning accelerator
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly it executes an incredible amount of useful insights, conversation and action summaries, amalgamated insights from previous interactions and data to accelerate your learning and improve your own practice. Gong AI is already doing amazing things and is a great help to support customers with a summary of a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally does some inaccurate transcriptions of what was said and / or who said it. But this has not fundamentally impacted my ability to draw insight from the recordings and to be really honest a lot of the time the incorrectly transcribed words are quite funny and a source of entertainment to share with peers on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key messages and actions from session, immediate feedback on how much time was spent talking / listening, the ability to watch peer recordings to learn from them and also get up to speed with what the customer is currently facing in terms of challenges. And most recently, AI doing the hard work of reviewing the summaries of the recorded interactions so that I do not have to go and watch all of them to sensemake a summary by myself. I just wish I had this tool for other roles I have done in the past - it saves an incredible amount of time and gives insights that just wouldn't have been plausible to spend time looking for previously.
I LOVE Gong's interface and depth of data!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and navigate to pull the data you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to use Chorus, and it was much quicker to snap sections of the call and share. Gong currently requires more clicks to do so, which is a time suck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us track our conversations and action items better, so we can be more present with the merchant on the call and focus on what they are saying. Great to have a reference point and support on the call to circle back on items mentioned or to verify what what said to inform internal conversations.

Gong has became a source of truth for recording customer calls, reviewing customer conversations, sharing recordings externally, recaps for representatives and action items or topics discussed for all of those interested in the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes about Gong at this time but looking forward to more enhancements

Helping solve time spent analyzing customer calls and objectives. Streamlining internal collaboration. Helping integrate into other tools
Gong is a savior
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a summary of the entire meeting and everything reaches your inbox within 10minutes of finishing the call

Haven't got to a point where I can dislike gong yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me analyze the call and it has completely eliminated the need for taking notes. Anytime I want to ask or remember something, I can go to the call, search the keyword and I have the whole information.
Gong is my favorite sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to view timeline of activity within an account. My meeting follow-ups take easily 80% less time to send out and are much more impactful. The forecasting tool is fantastic. This is infinitely better than having to manage a completely manual google sheet with my manager and another with my team for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a ton going on with UI features and navigation buttons. There's a lot of the platform that I don't use because I forget about it or don't know about it because it's in multiple navigation layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing manual effort required for recording meetings, analyzing calls, and following up with stakeholders in a timely manner with the most impactful information.
Gong notetaker using AI to let me be actively engaged in my meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me stay focused and engaged in all my meetings by taking all the notes for me. It is extremely beneficial because it allows me to be actively listening to my clients and discover real pain points that they have, leading to business for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Gong is that it sometimes can not show up on the meeting, and I just wish I would recieve a notification if the person I am meeting with has declined the Gong recording so that I can prepare otherwise for the meeting (notebook pen etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is recording my meeting and taking notes for me so that I can be acitively engaged in my conversation. This is benefiting me because I can actually listen to the person, instead of taking notes and trying to multitask. I also do not forget anything because I can go back to the recording.
