Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being in a high volume sales role it’s so helpful to have this tool to go back and use to review calls, see action items, get recommendations and feedback, as well as compare statistics with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I have found that I dislike about Gong yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gong is a great Assistant!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Gong is that I can focus on my client conversations without worrying about taking diligent notes. Is also organizes the notes for me, and then allows me to listen back at a 2 or 3X multiplier to review my calls efficiently. They are also always improving the platform with new features and AI abilities. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much other than a call not recording a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to the above, Gong allows me to share calls and Solution demos with my clients. And I can easily cut out the beginning and end parts that they don't need to see again.

Ability to record calls and go back to listen to them throughout the sales cycle - hugely beneficial!

I dislike the settings that you have to put in place to tell Gong when to record, etc. - sometimes it's goofy

Mostly in our sales cycles to review calls for training but also as a way to take "notes"

Get Gong for sales cycles - it is extremely helpful

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. This allows me to quickly find my calls and other calls to review. As I aspire to be an AE, I can review our sales team calls and "study the game tape"
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts can be error-filled. This leads to having to listen to the call instead of jumping to specific sections based on word choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making me better at sales. By having the accountability of knowing everyone at my company can review my calls. Additionally allows me to review call of the top performers and find areas to improve.

Review your call stats. The data allows you to understand your trends and potential weaknesses.

That I don't have to scramble to take notes. The analytics are amazing and have made me a better sales person.

Nothing! I use it every single day and it is a life saver.

Sales calls. It helps me identify my filler words.
A great tool for collaboration and improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great at identifying what topics are being discussed at which point in the conversation. I also like how easy it is to share the call with the team or with customers. By doing so I am able to loop in the relevant members of the organisation and show them the customer's problem in the customer's own words. I can also highlight snips for later review.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be an accent thing, but Gong's transcription side could be improved. Often my words or the words of sellers who are non-native English speakers are misinterpreted which leads to some interesting transcript quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has made it easy for me to go over my conversations with prospective clients and asa result allows me to focus more on the conversation as it happens. Secondly, it is a great tool for getting feedback as you can highlight and add notes to specific areas of the call, making it easy to highlight areas of improvement.

I like the break down of the call. Specifically, when next steps take place I know exactly where ti o.

Not much. I think gong is a great software and will only continue to get better.

Gong gives me the ability to go replay conversations I have with prospects. I am able to go back and listen when my written notes are unclear.

Gong is easy and automatic, and makes recording calls very simple.

The simplicity. Very little setup to get up and running and get us the data we need!

Sometimes the recorder joins early, which sends out emails to attendees.

Training has gotten a huge boost from the use of Gong across our org!
Great platform for coaching/review
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the ability to find specific snippets of calls and share feedback. I can also search for words within specific calls to make finding the correct phrase or talk-track easy. No more time-stamping quotes in handwritten notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit hard to navigate, so I typically leverage search. It is nice that you can share calls with each other across the organization, so if there is ever something I need to listen to or something I am prescribing to someone else, I can ensure that that actually happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review calls, search on words that have been said, and easily go back to re-listen to provide coaching. It is also super easy to share calls across the organization, improving alignment.

This is a great tool for those looking to better understand how their reps are performing on calls. What value-props are landing especially well, and what should be left out next time. Perfect for sharing best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can easily search through your teams calls. It made me quickly aware of how to demo my companies platform while I was on-boarded. Another feature that is KEY, is how quickly you can send out a link to the recording. You're able to quickly create a link and you can limit the access that person has. For example if you mentioned something at the end of a call that is no longer relevant to the listener, you can cut off that portion.
It's also been very helpful for reviewing calls with my manager and getting to know myself and my sales ticks.

There's nothing I would change at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
big benefit is being able to create an alert for terms mentioned within calls. esppecially helpful when launching new products.
