What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use. Shows up automatically on my Zoom calls and I can easily locate my calls in the Gong app. Love how it transcribes each call and that I can find specific parts of every call easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't found anything about Gong that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to record every one of my calls / meetings. It's helpful to go back and listen to previous calls you've had with a prospect, before your next meeting. My team uses it to listen to good / bad calls and coach up the reps.
Gong is great and far and above the best tool to ring the gong for new sales
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI of this tool. It is a fantastic way to review and improve on your team's calls & processes in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like it to be easier for calls to automatically sync and log to salesforce. The integration has been fairly tech-heavy but is underway. Our support rep is there to support us in every way during the integration as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a visibility problem. Gong has made it easy to track holes in Onboarding, Upsell and Renewal conversations and also paints a picture for how a rep is doing overall. It is also solving a training problem where new employees can actively listen to great calls from the past and listen to them over and over again during training.

Leverage your Gong CSM. They are the best in the biz.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for specific words allows us to easily sort calls about specific products, competitors, etc and put the calls into folders to help with onboarding and coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that I would like to be able to filter which calls/activities are logged to Salesforce based on where the call originates. We already log calls from Outreach into Salesforce so I want to be able to exclude them coming through Gong as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have siginificantly improved our onboarding process and plan to improve our sales coaching process. We've see that we're able to get people up and running quicker because we have a very technical product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure that you have someone who can focus on sales enablement in order to make Gong an effective tool
I literally show Gong to my friends to show them how powerful it is. You need this tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives near perfect insight into what the best salespeople on our team do. Through coaching we are able to replicate and train these good habits in our other salespeople. The programmable parameters are insanely useful. You'll find filler words, nervous ticks, and bad habits you had no idea you were undermining yourself with on your calls. Being able to track the flow of calls through a sales script is absolutely indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are obviously only as good as your client's annunciation and diction. I wish the note taking and snippet features were a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've achieved key results and gained the ability to open a friendly conversation with a hostile client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team that does any kind of customer facing interaction - sales or otherwise - you need this tool. The insights are profound.
Gong is awesome! It's a one-stop for all customer interactions!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place. The timeline of interactions. The transcript - means you don't have to take notes. That you view/listen to your colleagues calls with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet... I like everything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong automatically is added to a customer meeting... I can go back and get key info any time! And, I can listen to meetings easily and see a transcript for meetings I could not attend.
Gong is a game changer in the advertising industry.
What do you like best about the product?
Not only receiving feedback but being able to review everything that I have said in my conversations. It's always helpful to go into your own call and review everything that you had said yourself, it really gives you an opportunity to be vulnerable for a minute and review yourself. I also like that it is super helpful to newer people who just need to listen to a call and have good and bad examples of how a call can go, and being able to pause, rewind, relisten really helps when you're building out your own strategy on the phone. Gong really is an amazing tool that I think every business that involves calling should have. I will definitely continue to use Gong with any company I ever go with. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be super beneficial if there was a way to constantly stay logged in, sometimes you can be in a hurry to jump on a call and realize that you have to go back into gong and sign back in every day. But nonetheless definitely not a huge burden at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to avoid certain words, remarks, and mistakes that I had used in previous calls that help me improve my future calls. It also helps with going over calls with any newer people on the floor who need an example on how to have precise and smooth conversations with our clients. I've realized that my own call skills have developed and I am more prone to have a better opportunity with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a rare combination of robust, comprehensive and easy. The fact that we can be as basic as listening to calls, to as complex as analyzing trends that happen during those calls (key moments of truth, talk ratios, next steps, and myriad other analytical data points) is an absolute dream.
The ability to stockpile calls by type for later use and training is an invaluable tool for leaders, and the ability to grab snippets of calls and request feedback is a true win for individual rep growth. I can't say enough good about Gong.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the vast majority of features/functionality of Gong are drop-dead easy to use, I do wish it were a quicker and simpler process to grab snippets for sharing. Honestly, as has been the case for other functionality I thought needed improvement, the likelihood is that this is my own misunderstanding of a process point. However, it's an area I do find less smooth than everything else on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything that our deals involve. Shortened cycles, more depth to discovery, the use of client questions and answers in future calls that promote speed through the middle funnel, coaching and training.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong's service and support (Customer Success) is hands down one of the best I've encountered.
This is especially amazing since the product is intuitive and easy to use, yet they put tremendous care and resources in place for the success of those implementing.
The first thing is I believe every sales org should implement conversational intelligence solutions.

Powerful business tool
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics provided by Gong help me, as a Sales Enablement professional, better train and coach our sales teams

The UI is a bit busy for me - would be nice to see it a bit cleaner

Great way to understand you're sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
the best part of Gong is being able to dissect your call into teachable moments for yourself and colleagues. It also gives me a great ability to follow up with prospects around specifics they ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a downside to Gong is the micromanagement aspect of it. Your boss can basically select every point of your pitch and shred it apart.

No real problems to speak of.
