Love being able to Monitor my Teams Calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see both my SDRs call and my Account Executives demos on Gong. I am able to review their work and help them and coach them on things that I feel that they can improve on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to filter calls based on objections that SDRs and AEs get. For example, if I were able to search by all objections to search demos and see how my team is responding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to hear my teams calls and coach them... Its like watching game film for a sports team and I am able to make adjustments on what they could improve and compliment them on what they are doing well.

Great way to track your progress

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super easy to use, and it's a great way to go back and hear particular things you are looking for during a call as it tracks every word close to flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As time goes on I'd like for Gong to be able to disregard the background noise as it can disrupt the flow

I like being able to know exactly at what point I said something so that I can easily go back to it

Only a single detail missing - mobile

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the transcripts and recordings of the vast majority of my meetings available for me, my manager, and my team to review. Not only does it enable a more effective feedback loop for training, but it helps me identify future questions, problems in my deals, and a more objective sense of what went well and how to improve. I've thoroughly enjoyed using Gong and it's definitely a tool I will continue to recommend wherever I work. It integrates well with our other applications and seems to constantly push for further improvement of the tool and what we need it to do. Additionally, it seems the ML/AI transcription is constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish I could replicate the same experience with direct cell calls or face-to-face meetings. Only having this capability with my web meetings leads me to have more of those than is necessarily optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant improvement, deal review, better forecasting, and improved deal velocity have all been benefits of post-call review, better pre-call prep, and ongoing training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that without a doubt, Gong is the best option in the space. We evaluated multiple vendors as a team and Gong was the clear leader. Its ease-of-use, reliability, and adoption across the team has been phenomenal. If we had to go back and choose again, it would be Gong.io 10/10. It's been a pleasure to work with their team and to use their products. The only thing I'd like to see in the future is the availability of tracking non-conference calls.

I love this tool

What do you like best about the product?
It can be so hard to capture everything from a meeting. Instead of writing down every note from the meeting, I can stay present and realize Gong is capturing everything for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the time it takes to upload calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to capture everything from a call. Consistent feedback from my calls. Ability to listen and analyze the call for keyphrases I should be including.

A Marketer's Dream For Sales/Prospect Insight

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best call recording software on the market, in my opinion. I've tried a few and none have the search functionality, topic analysis, and ease-of-use that this tool does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report as of yet, have been really pleased with the tool so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I've never actually recorded a call myself with Gong, I (Director of Marketing) use it to watch/listen in on sales calls each week, and I find it tremendously helpful—especially if I'm searching for specific questions/use cases to create marketing content around. Also, the accuracy of topics and the usage showing when different people are speaking help me get to the real "meat" of the conversation if I'm trying to sit through a dozen calls in an hour or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those looking for a collaboration tool between sales and marketing and to increase transparency and easily share and watch conversations, Gong is a fantastic tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many analytics it has and how you can comment on the calls

Sometimes when im logged in it will automatically log me out

I'm new to closing sales so it's helping me onboard more smoothly. I've realized that I can slow down when speaking.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives me the ability to go back and learn where I messed up on a call, where I have succeeded, and to listen for clues from the customer that I missed the first time around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to tag things in a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've dramatically improved my ability to be effective on calls with customers.

Amazing app!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to fast forward to calls based on conversation topics detected by the AI in Gong. It's so accurate! I love it
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as user-friendly as I would like. There is a lot of features but to navigate to what I need in an intuitive way needs more work. I saw my teams Gong calls front and center, but I struggled for a while to find my own Gong calls. Additionally, I would like to be able to easily and intuitively filter to the area of the call that I want to filter to, such as pain-points and buying signals. It already does that for one call but can it do that for a batch of calls? I don't see that feature yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better at Sales pitch. Understanding customers a lot more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an amazing app for understanding your audience, getting feedback and improving on sales process. After reviewing this app, I'm now realizing that I haven't used nearly as much of the app as I could to become a better sales person. Like I did not know that coaching analytics exist, that score cards, and other features that allow you to hone your sales crafty actually exists. So to cap everything off, I would advise sales folks using Gong to take time to understand how to use it to improve on your sales process, sales acumen and to better understand the customer.

Gong has changed the way I conduct meetings and meeting follow-ups

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy for me to stay on top of my follow-up tasks, quickly reference what we discussed on the previous call and obtain insights around the meetings I am conducting. Additionally, it has helped scale our internal training and onboarding resources by providing new reps with direct examples of what the day-to-day of this role entails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish searching for a specific call was easier in Gong. That is a pretty easy thing to get around though by just searching for the name of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me ensure I do not miss follow-up items from calls and also gain insight around what is happening on calls. It has truly changed the way I work and has also been a great training resource for our team to give new hires some exposure to what the role will entail. Lastly, Gong has given our team the opportunity to be able to quickly reference the call transcript on calls to determine what was discussed when we are in a bind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Gong to anyone that conducts web meetings with prospective or existing clients. I consistently recommend it to fellow peers in the space and I cannot imagine working without it. It is one of my favorite tools I have ever used and has completely changed my workflow. Additionally, they are constantly introducing new features to the market to help provide reps with additional insight into the work they are already doing.

The best platform

What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings with actual key works picked up and highlighted so the one listening to a call knows what has been said at what time stamp. Every call has a automated transcript generated with an accuracy of 90%
What do you dislike about the product?
Upload of calls is a bit slow. Overall software is a bit laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality of calls, Feedback on every call with the comment system .
