Great interface, really easy to use and very helpful

Delays in transcribing a call can be disappointing

Game Changer for Insights

What do you like best about the product?
Ease-ability when using the transcription logs to search for a word associated with a part of the conversation you need to revisit. The NLP transcription is actually impressively accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a former video editor, I would really like if I could zoom in on places in the track timelines to give me more control over the cursor when listening to long calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was training for a promotion, I didn't have to be on a call to shadow. I also could listen more efficiently by skipping over fluff and listening as faster rate. Now that I'm in an AE role, I love being comfortable missing something the prospect may have said and being able to easily replay it later to fill the gap in my notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the color-coding of topics to jump directly to the part of the call I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often there are incorrectly spelled words in the transcripts, so I can only rely on the video itself for context not the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be more fully present in my calls with customers because I don't have to worry about taking notes!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how searchable it is - easy to find calls and also find info within the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't really think of anything that I don't like. It organizes well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually go back to fact check things that were said in calls of other people. I like that I can search through transcripts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong transcribes my calls so I can easily find the exact piece of the call I'm looking for. As a terrible note taker, Gong makes is so I don't miss anything. The follow up section will help me easily see what needs to be attended to after my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Gong is the best! Highly recommend anyone in sales or customer success to use this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.

What do you like best about the product?
I can be so much more in the moment now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to tell people they're being recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accurately relay customer questions, comments, and concerns to other team members. Especially when a more technical questions to proposed that I wouldn't be able to accurately articulate internally.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to filter my calls by connections and the status of the prospect. This allows me to critically analyze the most important calls to improve my cold calling skills. I also enjoy seeing data of my linguistic tendencies. All of the tools enable me to improve my abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I cannot hear the project on my call recordings. I know this is due to legal limitations. But, it's difficult to recall the prospects' tone and words without being able to hear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved phone presence and more confidence in cold calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a top-notch sales team, do it, you won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been hugely helpful for me in being able to go back and remember specifics about a deal that previously I would have missed or forgotten. The Deals page helps me make sure that I am staying on top of my current pipeline while giving me visibility into the future as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I'm thinking this may be an issue on my side, but sometimes the audio is a bit choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's now much easier for me to go back and take notes on a call, prepare for followups, and remember key information from previous calls when it comes time to negotiate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can tag people and write comments at every second of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, I really like both the app and the website and feel they are both user friendly and get the job done effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call training and understanding certain weak points where I can improve my conversations and drive value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your sales organization to move to the next level its a no brainer.
