Gong is the parner you need
What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong has a mobile application, So now I can learn from sales reps while having dinner
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong Mobile is slightly cluttered, So maybe a sleeker UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps summarise all my client calls and categorises the next action items, This is a game changer especially when you need to keep up with a lot of tasks
I like gong for re recordings, recaps and to keep track of action items.
What do you like best about the product?
Recaps and videos along with keeping track of action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to back track to link to related accounts. It should be able to associate by event name. Would like to be able to download videos to rewatch when I have no Wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides recaps and action items to help will follow up and free time during meetings so we can engage customers instead of taking notes.

just a bot slow in populating the info as it could be a bit faster to streamline

allowed to see what happened on the call and how the stats were on talk taime and everyhting else taht a manager and staff needs to get better coaching

What do you like best about the product?
The AI call breakdown is fantastic! I don't like to take notes, and Gong takes the best notes and gives the best brief after the call.
The creation and use of "Flow" makes my dialing more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows me to focus on my prospects... just listening to them. I really like the AI features and the ability to ask Gong questions after my calls when I want to gather details to inform my other coworkers about the call outcome. Very easy to use, integrating gong links to calendar invites is a seamless experience, customer support replies fast. Use very frequently in all of my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Every aspect is a pro rather than a problem.

Having better calls. Focusing on asking better questions to qualify prospects.

Gong has helped our sales team to understand where to spend their calories when going after potential sales.

I would love more reporting capabilities.

Gong helps me to coach the team more formally as well as provides better insight into why we are winning and losing deals

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the AI insights feature and the generate follow up email feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to associate accounts with children accounts. Also the call recorder sometimes doesn't join and it seems random.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up my follow up/call analysis 10x.
We had left Gong for a few months, and I couldn’t be happier to be back on it!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to collaborate on Gong and the AI piece as well. The generation of recap emails after a meeting is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing, and this might just be because I haven’t taken the time to do it, but U feel like it can be hard to navigate if you haven’t had a lot of training on the tool.

The recap of meetings and the creation of a follow up email is truly fantastic. I save so much time and I’m able to prepare for demos so much faster now and with more accurate facts!

I have said that I won't work anywhere that does not use Gong.
As a Customer Success leader, it's a goldmine of historical info on accounts, which makes account transitions and CS ramp-ups easier. It's also a great coaching tool for performance management, and being able to filter by slides or keywords makes tracking GTM initiatives very simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gong does lead with a seller-first mentality, which sometimes means it's not as intuitive for CSMs, but not impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is a great coaching tool that allows me to train up and manage my team's performance at scale from all over the world. The days of needing to be in an office to shadow other reps is over, and Gong fills that gap.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the follow up notes and how it knows who has to do what actions. I also use the generate a summary email after every call this saves me so much time from what use to take 30-60 minutes now can be done in 5.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong as miss gendered me a few times now which is a little frustrating
