Easy to Use, Great for Revisiting Action Items After Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the ability to refer back to action items after a call!

Nothing comes to mind here - it's really easy to use!

I'm able to give customers my full attention because I know Gong will take notes on the key action items for me.

Intuitive and Accessible Demo Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for recording client demos and I appreciate having all the demo recordings in one place, making them easy to access and browse. It's also helpful for new joiners, as they can see the videos at any time. I like that Gong is intuitive and the UX is appealing.

Honestly, I can’t say there’s anything I dislike, especially since it’s been working so well for me.

It’s really helped with our lead buying and budgeting based on sales forecasts, so we’re not overspending.
Excellent voice-to-text and efficient conversation summaries
What do you like best about the product?
The voice to text is very good. the ability to summarize conversation or to guide you in the relevant sections of the recording is also very efficient

The product is good but I would say that new features such as forecasting lack of accuracy

Essential Tool for Streamlining Sales Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super crucial for me because it helps me remember all of the things I discussed with a prospect on a call. I don't have the best memory, but Gong allows me to remember the things I talked about and relay those back to the prospect. I also really like that it allows me to listen to others' calls for coaching and improvement on my own job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Gong had a more generative AI capability, where it actually helped me to write business cases rather than just giving me notes from a call.

I use Gong to review calls with prospects, which helps in writing business cases and focusing during calls without distraction from taking notes. It allows for comprehensive reviews and helps with coaching by listening to team calls.
Efficient Meetings, Streamlined Follow-Ups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for all meetings, including with external and internal stakeholders. Gong captures the important parts of the meeting rather than recording the entire session, which really helps me. I am able to quickly write a round-up email instead of spending time taking notes and creating an email later. The initial setup of Gong was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong's integration with Salesforce isn't seamless. When a person added to the meeting is tagged to two accounts in Salesforce, the opportunity isn't getting captured in the right account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong for meeting summaries, capturing important parts rather than entire recordings, and it helps me quickly write follow-up emails without taking manual notes.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Gong comprehensive and easy to navigate. It's the perfect tool for reviewing calls, as it's very easy to go back and look at any notes and information from calls. This helps me work on next steps and keep the opportunities moving forward. The initial setup was very easy.

The overall feedback on calls can sometimes be inaccurate. When we're on calls trying to explain our products and services, we're gonna obviously talk more than the client.

Gong makes reviewing calls so much easier, allowing me to go back and look at notes and information from calls, helping with next steps and keeping opportunities moving forward.
Indispensable for recording and analyzing meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong transcribes words spoken during an online meeting into text form, which makes it very easy to search by keywords. You can also ask the AI agent about the content of online meetings, check what was promised to the client, and what the next steps might be. I also like that Gong records online meetings very well, which can then be easily sent to the client as personalized training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes word recognition in Gong does not work with one hundred percent accuracy. Additionally, I found it difficult to use the search in Gong for calls, especially when I entered the exact name of the meeting, and the system often found nothing, even though it was searching in call titles.

I use Gong to record online meetings and create personalized training videos. It transcribes meetings into text, which makes it easier to search and verify promises to clients.
