Great sales tool for onboarding, coaching and for analyzing calls

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use with great features like the ability to vary playback speed, transcripts for searching, annotation and useful metrics. Great for reviewing calls to organize thoughts on an opportunity, review topics and key discussion points. Also very helpful to share with team members for tips and coaching. It's also great for reviewing other calls--we keep a library by topic -- good examples of discovery calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only painful part is sometimes watching yourself on playback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was onboarding, it was indispensable to review calls from more senior reps and from SMEs to shorten the learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how visual it is and the transcriptions/ways you can jump from speaker to speaker and topic to topic
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really complain. I think the transcriptions could be better I guess

occasionally only half a call will record or in some cases never show up as a recording

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. It automatically enters my conference calls and captures everything that's said/shown on screen. It enables me and my team to work collaboratively and review calls to ensure we noted down everything important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to point out as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means I don't have to focus on taking notes, and can focus on asking good questions with my clients instead. It also allows me to review my call performance with my manager to ensure I'm improving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have a process in place to make best use of it. It's a very powerful tool that you have to put the time in to use and get the insights from.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been awesome as a new hire at my company. It's been incredible for onboarding - being able to go back and listen to my onboarding and training calls, listening to past client calls, and also revisiting topics that I need more help on. The transcription is extremely accurate and I like how I can also listen on 2x speed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong isn't very helpful with note taking, if that's something that you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding
Sharing past history with accounts and clients
Better transcription and record keeping

What do you like best about the product?
Transcript review is the best time saving feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter is not as intuitive as I'd like. Sometimes my searches bring up irrelevant calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new agent, I'm able to shadow the conversations of tenured agents at will, which allows me to adopt some of their best practices into my own sales pitches.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you have the option to read the dialogue. Being able to pause the conversation and read the back-and-forth between the prospect and myself has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning how to overcome common objections by listening to my co-workers' calls and hearing how they've been successful overcoming such objections.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to record my meetings and calls using my cellphone so I could listen to them later. Gong has been a game changer for me and I'm able to learn not only from my own experiences, but my peers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I'm happy as a clam -- I haven't met anyone on my team that has anything negative to say about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to be my own critic and easily share call experiences with my manager or peers for their feedback -- makes it super easy to be transparent and share my work. As a team, we've been able to breakdown calls and add comments along the way where we specifically want to give our advice. I think being able to share with one another this way and get feedback takes away from my overall call anxiety.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is by far the best that I have used for feedback, analysis, and to understand what could be done better. This also provides a great transcript, allows for collaborative learning and to serves as a great place to also track meeting outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be overbearing to have all your calls recorded :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like mentioned above, there are multiple use cases:

Feedback

Meeting Notes
Analytics


Overall a great tool to track your conversations and improve your pitches, take notes, and have better outcomes, based on past learning

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to watch calls and speed them up. And the graph of who's talking the most is really helpful for coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
Still learning now to sort and find calls that are relevant to me but filters for upcoming would be good

Coaching sales and customer success without having to be on calls with them. Be able to show them how much they are talking vs. listening
