Analytics helpful for ramping up
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Gong is that it is easy to navigate. The transcripts are considerably more accurate than other call recorders I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little while to analyze my calls from the external phone software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see through the analytics what steps of the call I hit versus what I didn't talk about. I.e. BANT requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see where my team is on calls, length, searching for keywords all of that important data allows me to gauge where everyone stands with their conversations
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls dont import. But could be on our end but that can be frustrating for reporting purposes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not losing things in pipeline, being able to jump in a call with a rep and review it with them so they can apply what feedback was given to the very next call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you make your money over the phone i would definitely recommend this product. The amount of insights it gives you with a few clicks is incredible. It takes the guess work out of Sales conversations and if leveraged correctly can make a huge difference for your team

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcripts. They help not need to take very many notes. We can skim over calls after.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's a lot of tools I may not be taking advantage of.

Helping CSMs improve, coaching, saving time with note taking
Literally the best thing since sliced bread
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been an absolute game-changer for us. Before we got the platform every rep was doing something different and there was no normalized process. Now we're able to see what we do wrong, see what we do right, and incorporate best practices into our everyday selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Favorite tool in the stack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined our sales process, ramped up new employees more efficiently the whole 9 yards. Seriously dont know how we operated without gong in the past
Great onboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for onboarding new hires. They get up to speed so much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
My inbox seems to disconnect fairly often.

We needed a way to analyze our sales/cs calls.
Tremendous Product
What do you like best about the product?
The call transcription. Being able to have the ability to review past calls by keywords is amazing, as calls can be upwards of an hour

Nothing comes to mind. The product is easily navigable & has a great interface

Call cadence awareness is a huge thing that is solved with Gong
Gong is useful in reviewing and following up on important discussions. Ability to share sessions.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Gong. The library is amazing in reviewing previous calls. Taking action when necessary. Accessibility and visibility to the whole team. Statistics on duration and amount of calls made assist the team in improving their stats. Reviewing calls can determine where one can improve on your pitch from your previous sessions. The ability to share your Gong session internally and externally is another plus.

Nothing to dislike. Everything is visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong can assist in solving indiscretions by going back and checking your meeting. As mentioned previously, the benefits are checking the team statistics to help improve on your pitch. The ability to share your recording internally and externally. The library is an asset to refer back to check on previous recordings.

Gong is amazing, easy to use and is exceptionally useful in all aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's accuracy in recordings and pure usability. I use Gong daily to track the health of my deals as well as remember action items that I've promised during conversations. It also helps me to develop my follow-up emails quickly and efficiently. Finally it gives me insight into my own speaking patterns. By purely tracking my conversation data, it gives me coaching to know how to communicate more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside with Gong is that it's overly critical of my pipeline ha :) just in case you didn't read between the lines, this is actually a really good thing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back and remembering the action items from previous calls. Watching game tape and realizing where you're at with a particular deal throughout the whole lifecycle of the opportunity. I have eliminated meaningless words that I'm using in my conversations. I have driven strategic communication throughout the life cycle of my deals. I have established and delivered upon all of my promised next steps. Gong is incredibly helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using Gong right away...even if you don't think you need your calls to be recorded. The value is far greater than simply going back to catch things you may have missed in your notes. Gong can actually give you prescriptive insights for your pipeline strategy. Their marketing team hit the nail on the head when they said it's like watching game film the night before the game! It's THAT valuable!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been really great as I've onboarded as a new BDR at my company. Being able to listen to recordings and take notes based on transcripts is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is a little slow and choppy, but that's to be expected when it's going from one platform to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main problem that they solve for me is they streamline the training efforts at my company and also give me a great point of reference that I can look back on my own personal calls and give myself feedback, make sure that I'm hitting the relevant points that I need, and also am not talking to much!
