I love Gong!
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to re-visit a call to make sure all follow up items are accounted for. I also like watching other team members calls with clients to learn how to best phrase certain things and share talk tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think recording calls can be a turn off for some people/clients, and might limit how much they're willing to share with you knowing the call is recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training issues - onboarding to a new job while remote can be challenging. Listening to Gong calls has been an incredible resource to get up to speed in certain areas.

It would be great if the video recorded in high-def so that I can use clips for content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing learnings within the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm probably not evening use it to the full potential and thing it kicks butt.
Love how gong is linked and integrated to various products like salesforce, outlook and other tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other products that we use day in and day out like MS office, Salesfoce etc. I can track who is talking, transcripts and gather statistics on what works and does not. Best part is that I have a video, audio and transcripts, if there was a way to share the Gong with others and look at all the Gong recordings together that would be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is anything about Gong that I do not like. Transcripts and video should be interlinked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and trasnscripts that we can share with other team members. Review transcripts with the team to see how to conduct reviews with customers. Looking at statistics on how much each person talks during a call.

Being able to learn as a new employee through Gong has been amazing!

I wish I could skip ahead ten seconds...

Bang the Gong because this software rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
This is easily one of the most simple, and easy to use software. I can clearly view and listen to all my calls and share if I need to. The recording quality is great too and I like that the speed of the video can be adjusted for time. Can't imagine using anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably a SFDC set up thing, but in our SFDC after a Gong call is does not count towards my call volume, I still need to manually create this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After a long call I don't always take the best notes so it is helpful to review in case I missed anything. Also great for onboarding and training new employees who can't always join a live call.

What do you like best about the product?
There are honestly so many different things to like. It's hard to pinpoint one! I think I'm mainly a fan of the statistics and insights Gong can provide. Understanding talk ratios, the different triggers regarding topics within calls, questioning strategies, etc. It's all great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried to listen in on a call before, and I'm not sure if it was a bandwidth issue, but I basically couldn't listen to it. It was almost as if I was trying to watch it on a 3G phone. It makes sense, though, because I wasn't actually in the meeting; I was an invisible listener. But if there's a way for Gong to improve on that, it would be even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand where I can improve as a sales person from a discovery perspective and have the relevant insights into my calls. Also I can focus on the prospect more because I know I can come back and listen to the call at any time

Intuitiveness. Easy to use and very helpful.

I can't think of many. Sometimes it joins calls I don't want it to.

Auto recording customer calls. Transcription. Sharing customer feedback.

What I like most about Gong is the audio transcript feature.

At the moment there is nothing that I honestly dislike about Gong.

Easily share entire or snippets of calls (simply highlight cut and paste) both internally and with prospects

There's a lot of undiscovered features in there - not super easy to learn

Learning from team members calls, reviewing my prior conversations
Gong has been helpful for coaching as a new employee
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go into a library and listen to other consultants that are leaders on the floor month after month. I love that I can listen to my own gong calls for coaching since I am new to the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using gong is remembering to say "call is being recorded" for every meaningful conversation. It is a little disruptive when you are having a good conversation. It would be great to offer simple solutions to this

I am solving tone issues and issues residing with my process. I have benefitted by listening to myself to see what better questions I could have asked for better discovery.
