Best system I have ever encountered!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how fast the system works, and I appreciate how collaborative the program is!

I do wish there was an easier way to get to my calls and quickly see my performance without having to click around.

I can gain feedback in real-time from my manager.

Dive in, do the market research on other systems out there, none offer everything Gong does.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Gong is reviewing calls and they have a great mobile app. The upsides of using Gong: increasing revenue and retention.

There are no down-sides to using Gong.io

We increased revenue and retention with Gong during a transition to a fully remote business. The benefits we've realized are highly significant, and we've seen positive results for the entire organization.

Transcripts and call notifications. I like that I can see what each rep is doing!

I wish I could create filters by day and by call length.

I like that I am notified of the reps actions and calls. I also like that I can download the calls and transcriptions!

The benefits are being able to go back and take notes on a call later and hear things you might have missed.

Gong can differentiate details of the call and allow us to look for the information that we need quickly.

The regulations that some calls just simply cannot be recorded, but that's not Gong's issue

Overcoming pushback by listening to other peers and it really helps you learn other skills and techniques that may be really helping others

Use it or lose it - it's a great tool to learn with, not only for yourself, but as a company as well

I don't dislike anything. I think it is a great tool. However, it could use some more customization, as in live notifications during the call that X Y Z has yet to be mentioned, or that monologues are too long/ etc

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a seamless way for sales people, account managers, program managers, regular managers and higher ups to have full transparency into real time client conversations. Gong calls are recorded and easily integrate with video communication providers like Zoom. IT is so easy to share great calls as well, and to play back your own calls so you never have to take notes again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a barrier for some people when it comes to having their client conversations recorded. Once you get over that personal fear, its all uphill benefits of Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of Gong is truly a benefit for the entire team. For example, if you are a salesperson and you sell through a deal that requires another team to deliver it, it is so much easier to understand the details of the conversation for the rest of your team!
