I like the transcript, the ability to skip to different parts of the call effortlessly, and the analytics behind the platform.

Sometimes the transcript doesn't catch everything well.

Understanding where we need to improve. Catching things in the call that we missed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to review transcripts and add comments for coaching. This has been widely accepted by the sales team, and now we live and die by Gong. The ability to get an understanding of how the sales AE's are performing remotely is so easy with Gong. I also love the ability to be able to use/choose "key words" such as competitors, budget, timelines, etc so we can coach appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a feature perspective, Gong truly does do it all. I would love to see an integration or application where Gong can produce monthly or quarterly report cards on each AE based on key word searches as well as talk times, ratios, etc.
This would be a quick and easy glance for our management to see where reps are weak. We can also use these report cards to cross reference against closed won and targets for the quarter.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joined Density (in July of last year) I was the first on my sales team, since then I've hired 5 AE's and am adding 6 more before the end of July this year. With this, it would be some what easier in person or in the office - since COVID happened we didn't have this luxery - So Gong has been instrumental in helping me identify gaps in training as well as how quick someone is absorbing information.

Nothing at the moment, keep on keeping on Gong.

When starting a new industry, the ability to watch as many successful calls as desired gives your first hand exerience to learn exactly what it is your company does, prepare for questions coming your way from actual customers, and and learn talented sales peoples techinques.

Hard to disable when you want to turn off

The analytics, the mobile app, the integration with Zoom, ability to comment and snip and share particular talk track.

None so far. The only thing would be there were no heads up in the change being made with the Zoom recording update.

Calls coaching, analysis, going back to specific notes/proof. Being able to listen on the go on the phone.

Reviewing my calls - and the word cloud to make sure you don't say the same small words all the time.

If paused for too long you have to refresh the page and start over to find your place again.

What do you like best about the product?
The multitude of tracking options. The capabilities are truly endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only downside to the software is the learning curve. They have tons of people to help and walk you through, which is a plus. There is just a little bit of a familiarization period because there really is SO much to see/do.

I love that the Gong notetaker enters the call automatically with the option to remove it. I also love the automatic email I receive after a call has ended with a link to my call.

Sometimes playback is spotty but that's the only dislike I have

Since I know I can go back and listen to a call, Gong is helpful in allowing me to be totally present with customers at the time of the call.

Highly recommend Gong, especially for Sales Reps as it's invaluable in helping with the sales cylce

This might be a product suggestion: be able to record a phone call using the mobile app.

When comes to the desktop app it is extremely user-friendly, at my company we use the value selling methodology.
Therefore it is necessary to send a mutual plan letter to the customer after the discovery call and the transcripts proposed by gong make the process seamless.
