Great work
What do you like best about the product?
I can search and find titles for video calls I want to listen to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to watch other team members and learn strategies and technics from other Gong calls.

I like that during a customer call, I can be fully focused and engaged without taking note, while before I had to take not and was loosing focus

I think the AI capabilities are not always the best so sometimes I just paste the transcript in another AI tool

What do you like best about the product?
As a product marketing manager, Gong gives me incredible customer insights that help me build personas, write better messaging, and develop more effective GTM motions across industries. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if Gong authored more high-volume analysis tools.

Gong helps me gather customer use cases, identify partnership opportunities, and look for common themes across our user base.
Efficient and easy video call reviews
What do you like best about the product?
- Amazing transcript and timestamp functionality
- Easy to search by name, type of call, etc.
- Great way to categorize calls into folders and your own Watch Later lists

- Sometimes, timestamps and sentiments aren't fully accurate or could use more context

I can't possibly be in every single user call our design and product team has. Gong helps me bridge the gaps and review what's really important.
Gong is a very straightforward practical method.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, outlines, library and folder functionality!
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more comprehensive sorting capabilities. More in depth folder organztion, labeling, ideas, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to reference calls at a moments notice, outline feature is excellent, in terms of quickly analyzing particular calls. Creating more in depth reference library is key.
Wouldn't work at a company who didn't use Gong

I love the UI, the date I can pull, and more importantly the level of support I receive from their team.

Small feature requests but nothing significant

Insight into the actual voice of the customer, product adoption, enablement pathways, decreases the internal meetings around new customer onboarding, increased ramp time for new hires, mitigates churn.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to both learn and teach from a recorded call versus relying on word of mouth and handwritten notes. This has helped us keep a finger on the pulse of our clients and truly gives us an edge with account management.

What do you like best about the product?
The call analysis and Q&A on the call discussion, sharing meeting with auto expiry of the access, trimming meeting

UI could have been more intuitive, focussed more on Sales usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When gong is in my meeting, i can focus completely on the discussion. It takes notes, records the meeting and share insights too about the call.

Gong is helpful to me. I like the summaries provided and I like watching my consults to gain insight about ways to improve. Its easy to use.

The summaries are a little wonky sometimes.

Insight on times I speak too much or use the same word too often is beneficial.
Great for training
What do you like best about the product?
I love how helpful it is from a training perspective. I can review colleagues calls and get a sense of how I should treat the customer. It's easy to use no complaints at all.

Nothing it is all amazing. Easy to navigate.
