What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about Gong software is that it user interface is very phenomenal, its easy to use.
The customer support is very intuitive and 24/7 supportive.

What do you dislike about the product?
For me Gong is a straight forward platform helping our customers and sales team brings out their best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has boosted our sales productivity,also enhance collaboration among departments. The user experience is phenomenal. Bring out the best from our sales team by offering incentives coaching.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to re-watch videos with increased speed. Segmenting the audio out by participant is helpful to skip forward to the segments I need to review. It's also great as a training tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and reviewing videos to understand the customer asks better and recall the documentation I need to send over.

I like how I can go back and review calls to learn from mistakes and note things I did well.

Honestly, I don't dislike anything. The only thing I wish it had was faster call upload speeds, but really it isn't an issue at all.

Gong best sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is incredibly helpful. It is the best way to go back and watch your calls to see what went right and areas for constructive criticism. It is easy to collaborate within the platform by tagging managers and colleagues in your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when searching for previous calls can be challenging but not too impactful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is the best tool to review your sales calls. For example, did I ask the right questions, was my business acumen on point, or was I able to keep the prospect/customer engaged during the call.

I love that Gong transcribes my calls and pulls out key phrases. I'm also really enjoying the deal manager!

Some words do not get transcribed properly, but nothing that is a deal breaker.

I use Gong for coaching and deal management.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to break down sections of the call and draw out the verbiage used by the sales reps. Very easy to see if they are using best practices.

It took a little while to get used understand how to maximize the benefits of the tool.

Recording calls became very easy. We used it as a training tool to better reps and their pitches.
Makes the Sales Process Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong because in my role, I often have multiple calls every day that my teammates or I am taking. Gong erases to need to ask after every call how it went, I can simply check the call in Gong and see the action items. The recording software is the best I've seen and saves the full call within minutes of hanging up. If anything, this software saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get a lot of emails from Gong. While it is nice to get a post-call ping, sometimes I'll have 5+ emails a day from Gong. I wish it would either text me or send one comprehensive email at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong saves me time. I review and prepare for the next steps on calls I'm not able to join. It creates an ease of communication between my partner managers and me because I don't have to ask them after every call how it went.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong as a product helps us review our calls, and extract the crucial details we may have missed first time. Additionally, the Gong team keep on releasing updates to the product to provide valuable insights into calls and next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app does not have all the functionality the browser version has, and has crashed a few times in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for sales training & onboarding. The personalisable call rating and feedback functionality are great for general feedback. The use of #hashtags is great to highlight common trends, important learning moments and for us to share knowledge. The ability to easily share timestamps means it is possible to send snippets to the sales rep or colleagues, with comments or highlight key moments for future reference. The analytics, stats and automated identification of key moments is incredibly effective to identify winning behaviour or common/recurring issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to customise Gong on a personal or team level, rather than just as an organisation (especially to allow for regionalities).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is part of our onboarding process, enabling new reps to listen to 'best practice' client meetings and demos. Gong reviews are a critical part of our ongoing training include p2p training and in group sessions. Marketing uses Gong to listen to client calls to get a line of sight of gaps and opportunities in messaging, value props and assets.
