What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to search any conversation recorded and the ability to ask AI questions has made work extremely streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcript can be spotty and it doesn't like accents too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking on Gong instead of sifting through emails has been a complete game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is incredibly reliable for call recordings, ensuring every conversation is captured without fail. A major upside is the unparalleled historical view it provides – we can easily look back at the entire history of calls and emails for any contact or account within our company. I particularly appreciate the ability to filter by speaker and instantly view comprehensive transcripts, which is invaluable for reviewing conversations. The summaries for follow-up emails are a huge time-saver, and the task list within Gong Engage is very useful for managing my daily activities. While the platform offers 'flows' for outreach, its core strengths lie in its robust recording and intelligence features.
What do you dislike about the product?
My primary dislike with Gong is the clunkiness around its forecasting features. The process or interface for forecasting can be cumbersome and less intuitive than other aspects of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes my day to day life as an Individual Contributor extremely productive - the UI is great and it's a one stop shop for reporting upward
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few tweaks that I think could be made for the forecasting UI - sometimes it's unclear what still needs to be filled out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, forecasting, self-coaching, recap calls, and deal summaries - it makes my life so much more efficient and my deal process much more accurate. I'm not missing things in follow ups or when building presentations, which is a huge lift if I did not have this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an amazing tool that helps boost productivity, helps build pipeline and keep track of all of your sales activities.

I don't know what I would do without my Gong calls to keep me organized, follow up on sales activities and to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the fear of everyone listening in on your calls, it really wears off quickly but it's something I had to overcome for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me track sales activities and helping automate tasks that used to be 100% manual.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI features now are capable to provide so much information about what I did in the past for a customer and how I would need to approach my next interaction
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides encountered so far after 6 months of usage

Manage a large number of accounts can be challenging and the fact of having reminders and access to information about latest interactions with customers is really helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick, intuitive and actually useful it is. I use gong for several purposes: education (I could watch my colleagues work when was a new-joiner), call recording + notetatking + summaries & todos, and client contact automation using flows. Last part if what I like the most - there's a really nice flow editor which allows to define multiple steps (omnichannel e.g. mail + linkedin), select if it's an auto-step or a manual one with a reminder, use templates, blocks with dynamic elements and more. Then there's stats and insights which help understand how you do. Gong "Anywhere" add-on for Chrome is great - I often use it when I work in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't came across anything that I could dislike. I tried for 2 minutes but since nothing comes to mind, I won't try to come up with flaws just to actually write something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually already answered: I am a gong user and I use it for several purposes: education (I could watch my colleagues work when I was a new-joiner), call recording + notetatking + summaries & todos, and client contact automation using flows. Like to check stats and insights from time to time to see how I do vs my co workers. Gong "Anywhere" add-on for Chrome is great - I often use it when I work in Salesforce, mostly by adding new leads to flows

What do you like best about the product?
As a PMM I use gong a lot to listen to sales team pitch our products to potential clients. It’s a super helpful tool that gives you insights and tips to improve the way you handle calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI chat to help me generate unique insights.

Helps me understand how well the sales people are communicating the messaging for each product.

Gong is invaluable to re watch previous calls and better understand prior context/engagements with accounts

Nothing as of now, I'm using all parts of the platform and things are refined

Gong is helping to solve the context switching issue that is prevalent across all companies when switching account managers, lost context is always an issue which can derail credibility.
