Great tool for sellers

What do you like best about the product?
I love the call transcripts & Assists in Gong. Overall it's a really useful tool for me to stay on top of my deals. Transcripts help me refer back to calls to make sure I'm not missing anything, and Assists help make sure I never miss important action items/next steps. It's obviously also great to have all the teams' calls in one place so I can continue to listen to other reps and tweak my pitches/demos etc. to be a better seller.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Gong at a few companies, but at my current company the Deals tab sync with our Salesforce set-up isn't great so it can be hard to read my pipeline in this tool. I'm not the best at using reporting so take this with a grain of salt, but I'd also love more accessible insights into my metrics on individual calls, like talk time etc. maybe in follow-up emails? This might already exist and I just don't know how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help stay on top of pipeline/deals, review calls & learn from my teammates, and never miss important action items.

What do you like best about the product?
It's not only going to allow me to listen back to myself and grow from there but is also allowing me to learn from others and my colleagues! By listening in to their calls and demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does freeze sometimes! And I do wish there was also an option for a full-screen mode, at the moment the full screen is still limited around the edges and doesn't take the whole screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to feedback to each other on calls by listening back to the recordings. It has also allowed me to train on-demand rather than waiting for my colleagues to have a call that I can shadow. Too many of us sitting on live customer calls doesn't come across well for the customer so instead - listening to the recording and being able to pause etc it's amazing. There are so many benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely the way forward, I'd be surprised if anyone isn't already using something like this and Gong has definitely taken it to the next level by allowing transcripts, keyword searches. Audio breakdowns of each person talking etc etc !

Amamzing insight about the Calls

What do you like best about the product?
The transcription leads to meaningful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is little slow in response.When we open the tool it does not load properly sometimes, so we have to wait in order to get the call details and provide feedback to the optimizer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can directly deliver the feedback by looking at the transcripts.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for playing back important conversations since the software breaks down the calls to let you know key metrics you would otherwise not have. I love how past meetings are indexed by key pieces of information so searching for a specific call is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to make sure the implementation is correct so that going forward all calls are indexed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides a great way to learn from past meetings and provides a great platform to train new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
not having to write down all the meeting activity
What do you dislike about the product?
it is less relevant for Hebrew speakers unfortunately

helping sales and customer organizations dept to move forward and me more productive with B2B deals, negotiations and meetings.
You also got the value of automatic notes writing by the system besides having to write them down manually

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when you watch recorded meetings there are transcripts and you can see where certain people start talking. It makes it easy to navigate an old meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up was and still is difficult for me, but with the help of other teammates it is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not quite sure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very helpful if set up and organized well across the team/company.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick reminder of key points on call not having to worry that I missed something important. Use it with my Google Calendar and Zoom. I don't know any other tool that does this.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have an open ticket about a really important onsite that seemed to not have recorded anything. would be good to have ability during a recording to verify its being recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When on the road never having to worry about missing some key points of the meeting. also love ability to quickly scroll through sessions. We are much more collaberative

Hard to work without Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
moving around a call based on who is speaking, searching the transcript for key words, being able to go back and find information that i did not write down. call sharing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts are a little off, but probably similar quality to other transcribing tools. Would be cool to create a playlist, like you would in Spotify etc. You can mark videos as "watch later" but it just makes a list on the home page that you can watch one at a time. maybe i am overlooking a feature that already exists!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enables me to find a communicate information to best serve clients. saves time that i can give back to customers and team. learning from other team members by watching their calls.

Call recording & sharing & tagging action items from call transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike, except the call transcribing could be a bit more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me stay sharp by being able to listen to my own calls and sharing them with colleagues for feedback.
It also tags my action items so I can follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong and use it daily as a Sales Account Executive. It so essential for learning a new role/tech at a new company by listening to the top reps calls. It's so help to be able to look back at my calls to learn from mistakes for growth or to help perfect my calls. The ability to share calls with leaders who are not able to attend a demo is so efficient for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was a bit more organized and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional development and being able to easily listen back to my calls in a siloed space!
