What do you like best about the product?
I like reviewing my calls & finding out where I can get better. It is also clutch for going back and taking notes I may have missed.

I haven't found something I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started a new position over 2 months ago, and I feel that Gong has helped my skills develop much quicker than traditionally.
Gong is amazing and puts a new spin on constructive feedback!
What do you like best about the product?
I have never used Gong before and from day one, this has been an incredible tool for training and being able to review calls and Zooms. The level of insights you can tap into (stats, visuals, feedback) are what you might get from a manager, but honestly, I trust the algorithm because it is somewhat less biased and gives you far more data than a human being could calculate in such a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Gong has shown me the information I did not even realize I needed. I do have privacy concerns, but that's probably a settings feature I can fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong shows me how many filler words I use (too many). I can see and hear my past calls and my colleague's calls to learn techniques for improvement or to see exactly how to model future calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait...just start using it for your sales and client success teams!

What do you like best about the product?
I use the transcript feature the most, as I shadow coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Sometimes it logs me off and doesn't jump back to where I am. And I wish there was a 50/50 screen between transcript and video, because I have to frequently switch back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get to be on the call with the best employees at my company, and learn from them. It helps de-mystify the process of getting on sales calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Searchable library; TRANSCRIPTS! Seeing different reps approaches to calls. Ease of use in finding categories of calls. Haven't used a competitive offering except zoom recordings (or worse, public web recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of wait and hold time at beginnings of calls; wish this could be edited out. would be too time consuming to edit every call, so not much to be helped.

Product education; objection anticipation.

- Occasionally there's a small buffering time but this is very negligible.

It allows me to focus on my talk time vs customer talk time & helps me realise the topics I need to focus on. It makes me more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I see Gong as being an absolutely invaluable tool in my day-to-day work and I don't know how I'd do my job without it. Gong is intuitive, has a beautiful design, excellent technology and really provides the transparency I need across my customers, cross-functional partners and team members. I see Gong as a must-have within a SAAS software stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, sometimes it doesn't pick up my Irish accent in the best way :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full visibility across prospective client base, current client base, and cross-functional teams. I find it invaluable when working with some of my companies biggest clients, ensuring we're totally across every aspect of their relationship with us.

Gong, just what we needed to improve telephone sales
What do you like best about the product?
This program allows me to archive and access all the calls made, both in audio and text, so I don't lose any detail of the call. It also allows not only calls, but also videoconferences, which makes it closer to our customers. The automatic analysis of each call, its duration and quality, allows us to improve every day the sales strategies of the department, achieving a significant increase of the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of video calls is not the best, which is an unfavorable point for the program. Its interface is not one of my favorites, as I tend to get confused to find the calls and files I'm looking for. The transcription of the calls can also be improved, as it sometimes has flaws and bad wording, which makes us lose time when analyzing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using this software in the company and we have obtained immediate results in our telephone sales, since it allows us to make calls, record them and listen to them later, getting to know the strengths and weaknesses of our sales team. I love being able to write comments during the call, because it allows us to write down every detail of the call, without losing the communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Undoubtedly it is a software that we recommend in our organization for the results we have obtained with it. It has allowed us to recognize the funnels that we had in our calls and conversations with customers and that did not allow us to move forward with sales. Now our sales increase every month, achieving happier customers and a much more dedicated work team.
