It does does so much more than just record your calls!

What do you like best about the product?
It records my calls; I can navigate to specific sections of the call using key word search; I like that I can easily send links to the call recordings to my customers (and edit / trim out any dead space at the beginning of the call); I like that I get warning reminders if any of my opportunities have been neglected for more than 14 days. When I was a new hire, I was able to get up to speed much faster by listening to my peers demo calls which were recorded in Gong! -- These are the key use cases which are most important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know my manager wishes there was a quick/easy way to restrict certain calls from certain groups ... example: If he has a private 1:1 call with an employee and does not want the other peer employees to be able to view the contents of that private call ... or if he has a leadership call with other managers or team leads, and wants that call to be privvy only to them and not their subordinates. Perhaps there's a way to do this ... if so, it's not easily visible to find?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of my active sales pipeline, and the ability to record/share calls both internally & externally.

What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly navigate to the most important parts of my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to be fully engaged and focused in my calls knowing that I can quickly make notes using Gong after my call.

game changer for remote work

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep up with meetings around the company without having to sit in on them myself. Listening to important calls after the fact to take notes, or to go back and pick out key points for follow up have allowed me to streamline my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still getting used to the mobile version being different than desktop to access all calls but other than that it is performing as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has allowed us to know we are delivering with clients. Because of the automated reminder for follow ups and the ability to go back and verify what was said it makes us deliver to clients expectations 100% of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong is very easy to navigaate
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that not every call shows up in Gong. Sometimes I will have had a great convo, enough to have marked down the actual call time and the person only to go in Gong and not be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My call quality has gone up with consistent use of Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been so helpful with the automatic recording of my own interactions with clients as well as recordings between colleagues for reference and growth. It is so lovely to be able to refer to these interactions for understanding blindspots in my own approach as well as studying the approach of team members I admire for their own success and approach to sales. The automatic breaking down of calls into identifiable subject portions of calls is a huge gamechanger in terms of analyzing areas where I can refine my approach as well as areas I should be proud of. Definitely a gamechanger in personal development in my role with Grubhub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I can say about it not being an extremely helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying blindspots in tone and approach, areas where I may be talking too much without realizing it or overcomplicating something that needs to be more simply put for us to best serve our clients and not dissuade them unnecessarily from deciding to take on our products in a way that will work out in their best interest.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pinpoint key topics of conversation and navigate to them immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup required for proper use of teams tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for: Time spent reviewing notes. Time spent sifting through old calls for nuggets of information. Time it takes to request and receive feedback and insights from manager. Difficulty remembering minute details of dozens of conversations.

Realized: Huge time savings. Easy to get and give feedback on calls and train new hires. Can go through any conversation in detail in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong created a strong feedback look in our organization. Sales, marketing, product, and our executive team all use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no love for account management and account-level view in the platform. It's a massive area of opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are closing more deals, having better market intelligence, and a more robust feedback loop.

What do you like best about the product?
feature rich, great to share with customers to revisit topics covered or if a key decision maker is not present. also great for training and development to add context and additional insight to training calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wouldn't say there is anything i dislike, for this kind of tool its best in class.

quicker turnaournd on deal, ability to revisit topics discussed, training and development (call coaching).
