I definitely recommend using Gong!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Gong is. It is easy to figure out where you need to access information. I like the layout most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong for multiple things. It helps us have access to pertinent calls and conversations. It is incredibly beneficial.

I love being able to listen to calls to get a better idea on what works with the best SDRs and then I incorporate what is working and what sounds the most comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
How I have so much more to learn haha! I really love the platform. I don't know of anything that you guys haven't thought of. Never did I know I needed a product so badly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Words tracks and small talk topics have been expanded more than I could have ever imagined! I am more productive by being able to listen not only to my mistakes but gain ideas as well.

I love the instant transcripts and section tagging, makes grouping like content together, also the slack integration

Really only the coast associated with a full license

We interview users of our software and this is great for sharing with the rest of the business and pulling out quotes for testimonials
It is a must have tool for a sales team!

It helps coaching, improvements on what AEs should focus on, development check ins and just a good overall tool for assetment

I think the functionality is great if they continue to add in more forecasting and AI data.

To really hear how we handle prospects and take them through our sales process.
Even though they record your calls, it's actually very helpful

not a lot, maybe the transcript is a bit rough most of the time but other than that its ok.

Amazing tool that improves the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to record the entire sales conversation. This makes sure I am able to go back and see what I missed when writing down notes during a sales conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the site can be a bit finicky and slow. Overall the positives far outway any of the negatives that I have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share demo calls that I have with prospects internally so that I can get help and insight from my entire team. This is really helping with closing deals.

there is nothing "core" to Gong that I dislike but small details that are annoying (may have been fixed by the time you read this):

What do you like best about the product?
That I can go in and listen to other reps' calls and see how they pitch, pick up some tips and then implement what fits for me and it only takes a few minutes

it is a little hard to find the exact minute where an objection is overcome- I don't like waiting

I have solved my lack of confidence with my pitch and tone. I realized I didn't know what i didn't know!
Call Recordings as Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
A call is no longer a transitory event; it is now a document for collaboration and reference. Want to ask a coworker for advice? Link them to the relevant part of the call. Can't remember exactly what was said? Go back and watch it. Want to learn from your peers? Find their calls and watch them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a overly strong term here but it does take some setup to get the most out of it.

How to get the most benefit out of a single customer call.
Great deal management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can see all activity related to a deal in one place to see if deals are falling behind. And the best part is the SFDC integration, it pushes so much data to SFDC and it transcribes the conversation!
What do you dislike about the product?
The way gong is pushing activities to our salesforce isn't the best. Its currently recognizes meetings as calls, and it is making this very difficult to accurately track in SFDC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to see deals that have gone stale, and we can follow up with reps when we see deals like this. It allows management to get an eagle-eye view of our sales reps.
