GONG // Best Coaching tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been great for coaching on calls as well as tracking deals in an easier way. The platform is great and it provides valuable insight on coaching points for cold calls, introductory calls, and demos. Useful from SDR level whole way to the CEO
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints about Gong. The only thing is that sometimes the integrations into salesforce or calendar are not always working the best. The integrations aspect should be made a bit smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The built-in coaching aspect allows me to really analyze my intro calls and gain a better insight into how I can improve. It allows me to be more productive as I can be more proactive on the deals I am working on as well as quickly make improvements for upcoming introductory calls to make a better impact on the prospect.
one of the best Sales tools
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the daily report of calls from the previous, which helps me see what happened yesterday at a glance. It is easy to check all your employee's recordings from the sales calls they had with our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcription is not up to mark, some recordings are taking a long time to delete from the database. Also having some issues while connecting Gong to Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us to understand each customer's needs on our products with detailed notes by our sales representatives and also helping us to integrate the calls into other tools like Rippling, SFDC, etc.,
The Best Way to Record Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my calls go right into Gong and I don't have to do any extra steps. With everything being automated Gong makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong does take a bit long to load after you click on something within the application. Truly not a huge deal just gets annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is saving me time. I am able to go back and watch my calls by searching using a keyword. It is so much easier than going back through my call notes to find the call, etc.
Helpful in reviewing meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love to be able to rewatch meetings or read the transcripts of meetings to get details I may have missed in my notes. I also like the follow-up reminder items, or reminders to ping certain deals that may be at risk. The morning reminders of what meetings are coming up and evening reminders of what to do before you quit for the day are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the feedback doesn't help like when it says to increase my patience but I'm not really sure what that means exactly when sometimes I'm just saying uh huh to tell the customer I'm listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage the pipeline by not letting deals go past their prime time of interaction. It's easier to stay on task and see your output for the day and compare it to your team.

The ability to break up the calls and search for key words

not easy to navigate to find my calls specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's allowing my manager to not just listen to my calls, but to understand my tone, the rapport i'm setting with my clients, and making sure i'm hitting key details and expectations with them. (thanks to key words)
Great for pinning meeting outcomes.
What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR what I like best about demos done with Gong is that you can almost instantly get the info you need in just a few short minutes of opening the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about gong is that you cant listen in through your home screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What it's solving for me is, being mindful of my time, especially in a quota-based job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can listen to other colleagues ' calls

I do not like that sometimes if a call is not long enough it isn't recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is allowing me to listen to other colleagues calls, I love this, especially in a remote setting, this allows me to listen to calls without being in an office setting.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI/UX, easy to integrate with Salesforce, offer all the essential features needed to review and analyze demos and sales video meetings and phone calls. It's a must-have software to improve sales performance and enablement
What do you dislike about the product?
The support interface. Nowadays, they don't offer a live chat, only automatic answers and emails replies, which can be quite awful in case of emergencies. Also, until sometime ago, we didn't have a clear report on how some calls were not recorded (skipped). It was fixed now, but it took some long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching to the Sales team, track important keywords during calls or meetings, analyze behaviour of our prospects or customers during our interactions with them, have a good history of our meetings.
User friendly, and accessibility!
What do you like best about the product?
The main quality of gong I like as an associate is an accessibility and user-friendliness. In other roles, we did not have access to our calls and our teammates calls. This has been huge for going into a new role so I can review my calls regularly and compare them to similar colleagues. It is a great way to get trained and continue to grow your knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there were more categories and key words that can be selected to organize calls on the platform. I do find it tricky sometimes to get the same content call to listen to, and compare with mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not in a supervisor role t have insight regarding this directly, however I find during my training I was much more independent on studying and learning the material for the role.
Great way to constantly be improving your skills and processes!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the request feedback toggle. Every week I pick two or three demos to have my sales leaders review and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Deals" dashboard is a bit clunky and hard to understand.

Gong is helping me maximize every opportunity by providing stats, and feedback to help me improve my demonstrations. Particularly in discovery.
