Great system that catalogues all recordings that can be used for training later

What do you like best about the product?
The cataloging of previous recordings can help for later training
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function can be a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system catalogs older customer calls to ensure everyone is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings and being able to re-read a transcript and have action items highlighted is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything to complain about as far as I know. Gong is pretty badass, and it certainly helps keep things clean and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me forgetting about things I need to do or forgetting exact numbers like how much I told a certain person is a thing of the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My god, if you are a forgetful person, sign up already.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to speed up, slow down, skip to the next speaker, search transcripts... saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calls sometimes don't record, but that seems to be a technical issue that we need to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and finding calls that are relevant to our metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the platform is how easy it is to use, set up, and integrate with our existing sales enablement stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, really satisfied with Gong's product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our reps ramp up in a much faster period of time - giving us an easier way to get people up to speed and also collaborate on active deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see a timeline of emails/calls. Being able to go back and watch recordings of past calls. The transcripts with details. Being able to see who talked and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients that dont want us to record yet! The time it takes to process recording. The way the filters work to find calls (our firm needs to do a better job naming calls)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: never have to second guess action items (can be reviewed), anyone on the team can get caught up if they have to miss a call (no more sending email summaries)

What do you like best about the product?
Having the recordings to search keywords and have the transcripts. Very easy to use. Helps me coach SDRs when I can literally search how many times someone said "you know" or "sort of" etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I wish call recordings were uploaded immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to listen to calls and grow and learn off those has been support helpful for myself and coaching.

Been able to record and transcript zoom meetings with your customers
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I disliked all the email notifications in my inbox; however, I created a folder for Gong and so far is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been able to follow up on the interactions I have with my customers in a timely and effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides transcripts on every recorded which makes your follow-up process super easy as you can quickly extract the topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong will send me emails about 'actions' that need to be completed but when clicking the hyperlink you get redirected back to the home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped our sales team identify weaknesses in pitches and closes. This is one of the main benefits of Gong as we can quickly learn how and what to correct.

Great help with polishing a sales pitch!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong is there to help refine my sales pitch when I can't seem to figure out where a call went wrong. I'm so happy that I'm able to just click a couple of buttons and pull up the call to find the weak points in the conversation, and fix them in subsequent phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes around 15 minutes sometimes for a call to load, but overall this is fine because typically you're dialing for the next 15 minutes anyway. It doesn't get in the way of anything on a NORMAL day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to tell where my pitch is weak or my tone is off and also where I'm losing customers, specifically during different parts of the pitch because they are color-marked as well!
