watching videos of presentations for coaching purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it were easier to turn on and off once you start a recording in case there are elements you do not want recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training deficiencies, analytics associated with presentations, and customer feedback... this is revolutionary in most industries.
Gong keep me organized and on track with my opportuities!
What do you like best about the product?
I can focus on my prospect or client when we meet, rather than on taking notes. I can search for key words, people or accounts and pull information quickly. I love the metrics that are helping me improve... especially "patience," a.k.a. "stop talking over people".

The transcription is a little bit off and could use some improvement. That could be unique to me, my accent or my speed of speech.

Great Technology
What do you like best about the product?
The Gong tool gives us insights into the business we never had before. #1 it's a great coaching tool, just as advertised. #2 we knew there would be business benefits as well. As an example, we recently stopped offering a particular video channel (for business reasons) and we wanted to see what the impact would be to us. In a week, this decision drove 100 customer calls (we set up a keyword search); of those, 20 customers used the word "cancel my service". Even if they all did, with 800K customers, the business impact was minimal, and we could move on from this issue knowing that it wasn't material to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say what I dislike, but there is nothing we dislike! This is the best tech investment we've made in years!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better discern customers' reasons for calling us instead of relying on agent-generated "wrap codes".
Gong Review
What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings and being able to listen/review other reps' calls and meetings. It is super valuable to be able to listen in on other reps, especially with working from home and being remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile App has had some bugs/errors, so if that could get fixed, then the mobile experience would be an even better overall experience for the end-user, especially on-the-go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development and career development/growth. I'm able to better understand my weaknesses on calls and work to grow those areas of my skill set and development.
Great user experience!
What do you like best about the product?
User interface works really well. Call recorded quality is spot-on and transcribing works well. Such a helpful sales tool when planning strategy for further conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filters don't work for some reason. I tried to filter a call just now to find a fifteen-minute call, and it said no calls were available but when I ran the search open wide, plenty of calls were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to develop strategy for outreach by role. Also finding a call that I vaguely remembered but pulling it up by keyword has been able to do meaningful follow up.
