Asynchronous collaboration is now much more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Having the opportunity to be able to view meetings that you did not have the opportunity to participate in, review every detail of what was discussed in that meeting, go back in time as many times as necessary and receive a summary of all the calls of the week is fantastic. I don't have to worry about receiving subjective information, I can stick directly to the facts and evidence gathered.
What do you dislike about the product?
To review calls I have to log into a particular space and that can be cumbersome, although I understand it is the only way that can happen at this time, but I really would like to be able to have a widget or an app in m computer to make it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful when it comes to being able to review in detail the conversations that have been had; it offers the ability to generate evidence and that is to have hard information that will allow better decisions to be made. One of the biggest advantages is that all of this is asynchronous, I can now decide which meeting to go into and which not to go into and be able to review the call afterwards. It's technically having a secretary taking minutes of every call.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with using Gong thus far has been tremendous. The various amount of analytics & details open to viewing is very eye-opening. On top of that, not only is the data great, the way its shown & the ease of navigating the platform sets it apart from any competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "dislike" would be the amount of eyes on your work. While it's great for management & team members to learn and stay up to date on things, I feel this may / could be used in the wrong way as it relates to "micromanaging". While it's a great tool for companies if used appropriately, I feel it could have some internal backlash if certain employers "abuse their power" with such detailed day-to-day information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping solve many problems, wether that be talk time, action items in reference to deal / demo follow ups, stale opportunities, integrations with multiple systems which saves time, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they transcribe the call for you, it makes it very easy to go back in the call and search for the key points. It is a very easy platform to use and adapt to.
What do you dislike about the product?
i really have not experienced many downsides when using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps be an automated note taker for all calls so you can really focus on being present during the call instead of having to take notes during the entire call.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong is how it provides insights in a fraction of the time and directs the priority of focus to exactly where sales coaching and account management will have the biggest impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a Gong issue but it's always challenging to slow down enough to take the time to adopt a new tool and become adept at using it at its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong offers so many benefits. It captures live conversations that can be used for training, account management, coaching deal strategy, forcasting and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Providing automatic recording and transcripts of calls. I also appreciate that we can speedup the call

some of the transcripts are way off and I have to listen to capture the right meaning

Being able to listen to calls again and capture the essence to post as meeting minutes

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong records my calls & gives me analytics on my calls as well as a space for managers to give me feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to analyze, but not a dealbreaker for me.

It gives us a way to get better on our calls. It allows managers to train us on how to get better on calls.
Gong has been extremely helpful in many different ways.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things I have found with Gong is the ability to go back and review your meetings and conversations. This has proven helpful in my career development as well as my conversational skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything with Gong that I have not liked. All of the features have been very positive. The app and website are both easy to use and I like to switch back and forth between both of them. Very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving the problem of constantly having to write notes from meetings. Knowing Gong is recording the conversation has allowed me to be a more active listener in all of my meetings.
No longer taking notes or wasting time on internal e-mails (about the meetings)
What do you like best about the product?
The recording is very high quality. It is very helpful to identify at what time the customer is answering a question in order to tag someone relevant in the organization that will require to review it instead of sending them an e-mail about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for other languages like Spanish and Portuguese is still at a very early stage, but improvements are being launched. Transcripts have gotten better and this gives hope for the rest of the currently disabled features for foreign languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with note-taking and internal e-mails about the call. Missing real feedback that its not easy to find once you have had a long time between meetings. Also feedback about my work from the management levels.
Best software to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review all of your calls and other people's calls is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would also record my cold calls as well.

Being a new salesperson here and being able to see how other people sell.
