Best Call Recording 10/10

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the best about gong is that you can secretly join in/listen to calls your other colleagues are without disturbing the call and still learning a lot about what is going on. Gong makes it incredibly easy to record your own calls and listen back. You don't waste time unnecessarily taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not have too many negative things to mention about Gong or my use of it. I think the only thing I would point out is the sometimes-lagging quality when watcing the videos, but nothing that has caused an issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our training processes. I am a new hire and learn best by listening in to my manager's calls, and with Gong, I can do that quickly, and I am also able to listen in to calls I am technically supposed to be listening in on and take my own notes.

What do you like best about the product?
- Interaction Stats, Activity on every deal (email + calls), and Deal Boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. Gong does attempt to go a little overboard with features at times w/ the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Team Selling
- Visibility into Deals/Pipeline
- Empowering the team to watch game tape

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to easily go over a sales call and review it. See how long each speaker has spoken for. And content they provide is great for learning. The mobile application is great to use when in the car or at the gym.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript is not that accurate and to highlight a snippet could be confusing if you don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call analyzing and being able to grow our own product with our product team.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of intel this gives you from a management standpoint for coaching is fantastic. The reps do not have to wait for coaching either, as some alerts and items are right in front of their face. Also, the team can easily hear each other's calls to understand what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything right now, maybe in another six months once we have a solid understanding, but it has everything plus more I can think of in a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having enough time in a day to listen to sales presentations and calls, this has it all recorded, transcribed, and highlighted on areas I would listen to. The trackers are great not just for sales but for other departments as well to hear what leads are saying.

What do you like best about the product?
Too many features to list, but mainly I love the ability to go back to my recordings so that if I missed taking a critical note, I can get all the info, to get the perfect summary and learn for the future how to get better in my questions.
Gong helps me to learn and grow.
I also LOVE the functionality of the app - I can listen to my old calls on the go while driving.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search functionality can get a bit more granular. Some searchess bring too many results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
+visibility into my communication with prospects,
+actionable suggestions on how to improve

Great tool for teams who seek to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to take notes and can review calls later to improve my talk track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to say! It's pretty good. I can't really think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to review my calls and get feedback from my manager and other team members. I've become better after the feedback.

Great platform for call reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been an excellent tool in reviewing my calls with my clients. I like that I can see the breakdown of how much I talked compared to my client. Being able to keyword search is also very helpful in finding other calls about a specific topic I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found to Gong so far is it can be a little buggy. There have been instances where the calls are not automatically uploaded as they should be. Additionally, there have been times where, in the middle of a recording, it just stops playing and you have to restart the web page and find your place where you left off all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to review my client calls as well as members of my training team so that we may improve our processes on the phone. This allows me to learn from any mistakes I've made and implement best practices in future trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to
1) revisit key moments of the call
2) see which content had the most air time
3) see who had the most airtime
4) reflect on how to run calls better in the future
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the idea of the "topics" section. Gong tries to code what was talked about. In the 3-4 calls I've tried, Gong has not been able to classify most of the content. So there's room for improvement, but it's great when it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of logging business calls for record-keeping purposes, with the delighter of being able to quickly revisit the call and visit key moments/key speakers. I personally benefit from going back and re-watching my own segments so that I can reflect on my tone, language, posture, clarity, and things like that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the users in your organization understand allllll the benefits Gong can offer, and everyone is able to leverage it to its fullest.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the gong's stats after each call and how smooth it is to add it to each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see stats for all people in the call, especially if they're on the same team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit I've seen is that I'm able to understand where I'm not doing a great job so I can improve.
