Very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
When I'm on a long call with a client and we talk about 10 different things, I use Gong to go back and refresh my memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while for the calls to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to utilize; you can search for calls and ask for reviews. Makes it easier to ask a coach for feedback. The email alerts keep me up to speed on my deals. It's like you have someone watching your pipeline all the time. It's nice to have, especially when you are busy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home screen is so bogged down by information. When I log in, I feel overwhelmed because it's just so much. I wish there were more organization on the home page, allowing us to choose what we want to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, gaining feedback on calls, and learning to stay in touch with customers more efficencantly. Also, keeping me aware of what is in my pipeline for a $$ perspective

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides insights that help you improve, such as the level of interaction and engagement of the clients, as well as direct feedback about your performance, such as setting up next steps, asking about pain points, or not monologuing too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have ever disliked is that automatic transcripts of calls are a bit off sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me improve my communication skills, remember to touch key points more consistently, and more objectively understand client engagement.
Amazing, versatile business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for onboarding and training as it allows trainees to review a call at their own pace, and cross-reference the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Gong is a bit late to join the meeting

Easy to use and love having it as I am onboarding

I love that I can go into any calls from my peers and listen to calls, and hear how they are handling different scenarios with customers. I also like to use it for my review, from a professional development standpoint and in case I missed anything,

Nothing that I can articulate at this time.

Transfer of knowledge, professional development opportunities, and follow through with the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to hear my calls helps me to direct quick adjustments to my pitches and responses. I also use the tool to take notes of the customer responses to better prepare for future calls ..
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through team calls can be a little challenging. Also, I seem to have to look for calls more when calling a personal cell phone.. Even when the contact information is connected to the account

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it automatically joins calls and registers each person on the call. I love the playback and share call option so that I never have to remember to record a call if I want to send it to a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text transcription is not very good, Gong thinks I am saying very different words than I am. I can use it for a baseline but always re-watch the video to see what I actually said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take my own notes, the email reminders for my action items are super helpful and it makes me able to be more productive in back-to-back calls so I don't have to remember what I said I would do for my customer.
Love how I can review my calls!

Recordings and trackings of all my calls and zoom meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any issues or downsides of gong yet. Still new to it.

It is helping me hone my craft of my sales pitches by reviewing my calls.
Great for note taking
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to worry about taking notes has been my faviorte part of using Gone. I can focus solely on the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminder emails sent by Gong are not in my time zone.
