What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which you can easily review all correspondence related to a sales opportunity (email, calls, conferences, etc) with the approriate integrations. The playback feature for calls and the ability to filter by speaker, adjust speed, and quickly skip ahead or send snippets makes Gong highly useable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to tag a last-minute meeting to be recorded in Gong. As is, these meetings do not get captured by the ai. If Gong could add functionality to record last-minute calls, that would take it to the next level! You can add zoom calls to Gong after the fact, so it is only a minor inconvenience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my sales pipeline, and reviewing open opportunities are the main problems that I am solving with Gong. Also very helpful to see others' calls on my team. Gong is all benefit!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a sales team, this is an invaluable tool.

Awesome software for call recordings, analytics, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Call analytics is the best feature. I also like the feature where I can see who is speaking where so as to directly jump to that point. Really good software for all call needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Training and support can be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call analytics, call tags, next action items, searching for a particular content. All of this increases analyst productivity.

Very innovative software for all your call analytics needs

What do you like best about the product?
The trackers are the best as they allow you to modify the power words you use and thus create better customer convo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there isn't a "most used keyword during a period" feature and also that the transcription is not great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating call transcription and not missing any action items

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is so wildly advanced its an amazing tool to have access to and not only helps me be better just on my own but allows my coworkers to give me feedback in a timely manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ohhh dislike... Hmmm - the transcribing can be a little wonky sometimes but it also is able to transcribe a call so I wouldn't expect it to be perfect but it is very close
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is being able to share information quickly - on a personal level, I like how I can get feedback myself and drive to be better using gong as a tool. The insights are spot on

The ability to review calls asynchronously; the reminders pre- and post- calls; the coaching from the software as well the capability for team leads to provide their comments on calls for further rep coaching

Not much I dislike about Gong. It's a valuable product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call review for my personal development. As a BDR I'm able to watch calls from all across the team including AEs, sales leadership, and eve from the Existing Business team.

That's incredible insight across teams that helps me to be better at my job

What do you like best about the product?
As an Individual contributor, gong allows me to be present in conversations rather than distracting myself from the conversation by taking detailed notes. I can always go back to the gong recording and find key conversation pieces using keywords or the transcript.
As a sales leader, gong gives me a much more detailed understanding of how often competitors are mentioned and which messaging leads to beating out the competition vs losing deals. It's also invaluable as a remote onboarding tool. I can't imagine trying to onboard new salespeople today without gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish gong was more widely used for deal management. It's difficult to convince other sales leaders to manage pipeline in gong rather than salesforce. Based on gong's roadmap though, I'm very optimistic here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AEs are able to be more detail-oriented on calls and not miss key pieces of information mentioned by prospects.
Most importantly, our team is all remote so deal coaching can rarely happen in real-time. Gong allows us to provide coaching on deals without the manager actually needing to join the calls. This has also helped us decrease ramp time drastically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. I can't imagine working without gong these days.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the recordings are there within a short amount of time after the call. It also highlights who is on the call and speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike on this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to record calls. I like the ability to read the transcript, which helps with note-taking and action items.

Able to gage how effectively new hires are progressing

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been instrumental in being able to monitor effectively how my new hires in training are progressing and get acclimated in their talk tracks and comfortability level with products and services. Quickly identifies gaps and where I should most effectively spend my time with each team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
if I pause a call and go back later to finish, it will not load and will have to start from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
real time coaching and feedback, being able to identify struggles and gaps right away, as well as missed opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to listen in on calls that I did not attend and scroll thru to specific parts of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything so far, it does everything I need.

To listen to calls I cannot attend, which I find extremely useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong sends a daily email letting me know my upcoming calls so I'm on top of my game.

I have a terrible memory - being able to see action items is essential
