Gong is a great tool for training and feedback
What do you like best about the product?
All the stats from each call, the percentage each person spoke and the option to provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of something - I really feel Gong is a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal training and feedback. This way, we improve as a team.

Indispensable sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and use previous interactions as coaching opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've noticed that can be improved is the search feature. I've had a few issues finding what I'm looking for. I don't know if there's anything they could do to fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has allowed me to become more of a product expert and has enabled me to observe more experienced sales people, allowing me to take notes and learn.

I'm an account executive. Gong is an invaluable tool for the sales organization at any company.

Nothing right now. The platform once in a while doesn't update for the statistics but that's a minimal concern for deal review

Sales is incomplete without Gong
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an easy-to-use tool that every sales team should adopt. From new hire training, enablement of existing reps, and overall deal review.. Gong touches it all. We've set up alerts through a Slack integration to notify our team when certain keywords are used so we can follow up with appropriate team members. Gong's flexibility allows your team to view specific topics discussed too. I'm sure we've only scratched the surface of it's capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription service is a little spotty sometimes, but that is with all transcription services.. It learns as it goes and is getting better but I wouldn't plan on relying on it heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has given our Sales Leadership Teams exceptional insights into our teams day to day. We are solving problems we never even knew we had!
Most useful customer-facing business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is clear in audio, keeps track of speakers, has transcripts, and records screen share. It helps me all the time with following up with my clients and is so hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I feel like for everything that it does there is nothing lacking right now for me in a customer facing role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
N/a with problems. I love that the video playback doesn't store in my own laptop but Gong keeps track of it.
New Day ...new deal with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
As a manager, I love the deal warnings board and the ability to link right to our CRM to make changes and adjustments. I will use this in my 1:1s with my sales team. The reviews will better stage the deal and remove "happy ears" to close.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet. I have been on Gong for 2 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are deploying and improving our forecasting. Having a true forecast is critical to management and each AE.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to score calls and share calls with more senior teammates to crowdsource the best tips and feedback. The metrics provided by Gong are amazing, the talk ratio between myself and the client, pausing in between questions being asked and response time, longest time monologuing- so helpful for being a better presenter and more active listener.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when I am reviewing a call, if I am screen sharing, I lose the ability to view the actual screen of myself or the client for that time. Sometimes the body language is helpful and the extra context is nice when trying to strengthen those professional relationships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for conversation skills that are key to being an active listener and engaged part of the conversation. The benefits of seeing that my monologue was too long, or I was too rushed to answer a question, further strengthen the relationship I am able to build with clients. The ability to search a call for key words is phenomenal in saving time when working with a high volume of clients!!

Spend some time playing with it to become familiar with all of the tools and analytics available
Easy to use, flat out works
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to record, easy to playback and skip to the relevant part of your meeting that you are looking for. Our whole team can review our calls, great for internal and external sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike. I would like the snippets to be a little easier to create. It's not very intuitive, but once you understand how to do it, it's relatively simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing calls with customers and tracking if they have viewed them. Sharing calls internally. Reviewing my own calls and quickly getting to the relevant part of the conversation.

Being able to watch my teammates boss their calls. So I can learn from them and become a rockstar faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all. If there was one thing it would be people don't put there calls into folders for me to find them quicjer. If there was a way to automate this it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able solve gaps in my knowldege in every aspect of the sales process. Doing this allows me to close deals faster as I am upskilled faster. thanks you for the help gong!
