What do you like best about the product?
I like the action items feature where I can see what I said I would do to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcription isn't accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me remember what I talked about to a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having the ability to improve myself from listening to them and having others comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more user friendly and didn't take a whole day to show how many videos I listened for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to review recordings with customers and it benefits our team to improve.

Gong saved my sales career

What do you like best about the product?
It is the ultimate note-taker. I am TERRIBLE at multi-tasking on calls. Truly awful. Gong allows me to be fully invested in the call I'm having, without worrying about scribbling down notes frantically as I'm trying to actively listen. I OFTEN will re-watch calls before my next call to remember tidbits about the previous conversation. Lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality could be a bit better. I sometimes struggle to find a previous call if I don't type in the correct keywords or forget when I had the call and have to look it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering commitments, building relationships, remembering customer objectives and helping to line up great discovery for retention of customers. I also use it to learn from my colleagues and practice new talk tracks.

Even though I worked in an account, it continues to remind me.

Very Relevant Software

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share calls internally is invaluable. Our engineering team can hear exactly what a customer says and provide a relevant recommendation based on their problems. Not having to play telephone is great.

I also like being able to listen to myself and pick up filler words and phrasing. It helps me hone my sales skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Keywords feature on Gong isn't yet where it needs to be. This is likely due to limited AI data, so I suspect it will get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having to take extensive notes and is allowing me to be an active listener on customer calls. This is letting me be more engaged with customers and have better outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely helpful to improve your cold-calling skills, and review meetings. Makes very easy to check your metrics, receive feedback from your leaders, and so on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a lead is not so easy. You must exactly match a string like "COMPANY NAME - LEAD NAME". If not, sometimes you'll not find your lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easier to remember what is essential about a call. With the metrics logged, you quickly understand what you need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Anytime access & exhaustive resources available to build & share.
2. Call Analysis in dissection in detail & ready scripts avaialble.
3. Jump to a section of the call to listen & review, learn and enhance call efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Perhaps, the accessibility to calls could be real-time, rather than waiting a couple of hours to gain access & listen to it. Also, the name of the recording does not show on all the calls. Some of the calls reflect as "Unknown."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Readily available calls for review & response to clients.
2. Missing discussion points in calls could be reviewed & actioned after the call.
3. Gong helps review Team members' calls & take corrective action for quality & compliance.
4. Users are able to listen to their own calls & are able to improve on their quality of call flow & compliance.

Alright product (when it works)

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to go back and review conversations with clients and be able to take more accurate notes than you would be able to take while the conversation is happening. It also allows you to be more engaged in your calls, making your clients feel like your full attention is on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time, the meetings are just not recorded, even if you follow all instructions, such as creating the meeting 30 minutes before and having it set to public on your calendar. There could be better integration with zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take better notes and focus more on the conversation with the client. It allows me to easily revisit calls and familiarize myself with clients I may be taking over in terms of account management.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the transcript functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a call is on a different language, it is not possible to retrieve key words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to review ahead all calls from the sales cycle before taking over a client.
