Awesome Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Makes prepping for meetings by reviewing past ones a piece of cake! Love the ability I have to record my zoom meetings and have a running history so I can make sure I don't miss any important details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Gong. The way the product functions and integrates with Zoom is 100% Seemless. Gong has made working in sales a million times better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call prep and review. Gong allows me to review past calls to make sure I can get all customer questions answered as well as get prepared for the up and coming calls with our customers.
Gong has freed up and expanded the quality of my bandwidth
What do you like best about the product?
KNowing that gong is on top of my note taking/the ability to reference a call and speed up the playback has been a gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights given by Gong can be used by bad sales leaders to feel like they understand sales. I've seen cases where we are data-rich and insight poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to focus in on relationships/questions/real problem solving rather than on capturing notes because I can trust Gong to document and remind me about next steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The value is very clear. I wish I would have had it sooner.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I dislike. I haven't used competitive products, but for the usage I've had with Gong, it seems to check all the boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem's I'm solving: Efficient self-reflection. Benefits are being able to take a call stress-free without having to scramble to take notes or remember talk tracks.

I like the transcript feature because it helps me follow along with the audio

I get camera shy watching myself on video. I wish only the audio was recorded

Having Gong is a great tool for me because at the end of a client call, I get to go back and listen for any cues I may have missed which might be helpful in me closing the deal

I dislike the fact that it also records my internal meetings, but I believe there might be a setup that prevents this from happening?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had way better 1:1 sessions with my managers after Gong. All my calls are in the system, I can easily share them with my manager and they can add their feedback directly on the tool so I have it even before our 1:1.
It is also great for our alignment with customers and between teams since we can just go back and listen to a recording whenever we need to recall what was said to/from a customer.

Focus on conversations, not on taking notes!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to focus on engaging with my clients and actively listen instead of taking notes. Because I can go back and review my calls, and jump immediately to the segments the analytics have highlighted, I know I'm not going to miss any key details.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't noticed anything to dislike! The program seems intuitive and our entire sales team uses it. We even use it as part of our KPI goals. Seems to be working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to really interact with clients and identify potential additional services opportunities because I am not focused on acting as a meeting recorder, but rather am truly engaged.

I love that I can focus on the client in my meetings and go back to thoroughly review the call to create my follow-up. It's an invaluable asset in the world of sales.

There's nothing I dislike about Gong. It's user friendly and simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have missed something a customer a specified in a meeting, I can go back to that call to seek the clarification I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcipt feature so I can look back on info the client provided. I also love that I'm able to send snippets, its great to show off my convos to my manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that everyone has access to our personal calls. I would like if you had all our calls locked and we could choose which ones to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can provide accurate follow up because Gong records and reminds me of what I promised.
Amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review past calls is amazing for both Account Executives looking to gain more information from SDR meetings or for SDRs to hone in on skills as a new hire. Super valuable in many facets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Gong could benefit from an improved search function, seems like it doesn't work intuitively. However, this could be due to internal structuring and how my company tags meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning our product from our experts in a professional, real-life setting has been the most valuable experience as an SDR looking to advance through his career and hopefully make his way into a closing role.
Gong is an amazing tool that all call centers need to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The feedback portion of Gong is the best part of Gong! It allows you to have interactive feedback with your coach and teammates on aspects of calls. The calls that are recorded come to your email for you to quickly access and review firsthand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact I don't know how to use it that well. It's either because of my time management or maybe there isn't enough scheduled time for training on Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to see in text form what I do well and what areas I need to improve on. For example, I can see when I'm thrown a curveball, I talk too much and potentially talk myself out of meetings.
