What do you like best about the product?
The stats and insights that gong provides after the calls not only help you keep track of what was said but also helps you improve your speech and the questions you are asking. 100% recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
When gong records calls on Google meet a very intrusive voice joins the meetings at the very beginning which is weird for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to go about calls
Keeping track of what was said in conversations
Seeing areas of improvement

Gong allows me to do all three things which results in better calls, better tracking and thus more sales
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Record as many calls as possible. Find time to review insights and stats. Make a game out of it/competition.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Gong to identify customer and prospect needs. The recordings are a great way to listen to conversations that our teams are having with customers and help us prioritize new features and understand pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. It's currently really helpful from a product perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong to better understand painpoints and requirements that our users have. I found the next-speaker playback controls to be really helpful to speeding up our time to digest information.

Best Way To Meet!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily search words and phrases when I review calls. Being able to tag colleagues in certain snippets of the videos is so helpful. It's also helpful for our clients to easily search keywords and review meetings. The call stats have been useful in teaching me to be more patient with my responses and to let the client talk more about their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the default day count for sharing videos with clients is 5 days. It would be nicer if the default was at least 30 days. A lot of our clients come back a month or so later asking for another copy of the call. Or the ability to change the days after sending the initial link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the he-said, she-said that can sometimes happen in business. It's also great to have the ability to see all emails and calls with a certain client or brand. My team can easily share their calls and questions. The best thing is being able to answer a client's question with the response of "that particular snippet of our call can be found here". The ability to do your follow-ups directly through Gong and to have Gong take meeting notes for you prevents the stress of taking notes while also paying attention to what the other caller is talking about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. It saves so much time in the long run.

Find the Answers You Need Quickly With the Stroke of a Key

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to search for a call topic with just a keyword or being able to review how often a customer has shared their positive experiences or not-so-good experiences about the product. This has been beneficial in helping to strategize for future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable at this time, but will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to review calls has been a great way to improve future calls. Gong saves a significant amount of time that would be spent via searching, with just the stroke of a couple keys.

What do you like best about the product?
Tool is easy to use, helps me easily search back on calls to find specific questions, and provides my customers with great recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could search for a questions among several call recordings, rather than just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share questions from customers with our technical resources, I am able to recall back to important details, without having to listen to a whole hour long recording.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag team members and have them receive the comments through Slack, whether this is to give feedback or share calls/snippets. This greatly improves adoption as it leverages existing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scorecards are a good feature, but the fact you have to give an overall 1 - 5 score for calls and this can't be omitted is a shame, as this is very subjective and is the focus of the scorecard-related insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Increasing the volume of call audits.
-Giving feedback to reps.
-Giving reps a way to request feedback.
-Creating libraries of snippets/calls for onboarding and training.

What do you like best about the product?
Made getting familiar with the product way easier. This was my first tech sales job, so being able to listen to a bunch of calls helped me sound confident with my first couple calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some issues with some reps calls not getting pulled into gong. Still working on getting this resolved, but have enough calls to train off of. Would be nice to be able to review my own calls though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started at a new company, so Gong made it way easier to familiarize myself with the product and talk tracks that more tenured reps have been doing. It allowed me to get comfortable talking about the product way quicker than if we were without it

That IO can listned to the calls for things I might have missed , make improvements, and best proactices

notifications are delayed., someimes adding to calls times out,
