gong is very easy to use and very helpful and optimized the right way. 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful when I need to hear my colleagues on how they talk, so I can improve myself. And like I've already said it's very easy to use, you guys have nailed the UX/UI part!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing in particular, IMO the voice to text may need some improving, but even like this it's a pretty fun experience because you will get a free laugh here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my career (sales) I use Gong to hear myself and my colleagues and with that I try to perfect my pitch so I do actually love the experience that you guys provide.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized repository with easy access to all calls and conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, audio and video are clear and transcripts have a high degree of accuracy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of inefficient note-taking or interpretation of calls from memory

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best call housing, recording, and listening service yet. It's simple yet has what you need and would hope to see in a similar service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, and some features like sharing calls aren't intuitively obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's created more efficiency in our training process.

You'll never know all the reasons you need Gong until you roll it out.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong saves me a lot of time as it allows me to review key parts of my calls (rather than going through the whole call) and gives me tips on how to improve the way I'm engaging with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't pick up my client's accents very clearly in the transcript. I know this is very common with voice technology though so I understand it may not be possible to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my manager to review calls and feedback, be able to review my own calls at ease, Gong picks out key parts of my calls and gives recommendations for how I can improve.

Just go for it! Start using it asap and explore all the functionalities.
An Incredible Tool for the Whole Team
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to listen to sales calls and beyond is incredibly valuable to everyone, and in marketing, it's been especially valuable. As we get to know the product, the team, and our customers, the recordings, as well as the transparency therein (the ability to see who's talking when, for how long, and to easily move between them) is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it runs a tad slow, but I'm not really sure that's Gong - could be my computer or the WiFi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See answers to question #1! I've only been with my company for 90 days, but with the sales calls I've been privy to, I've learned about our product, our clients, and how we position them, and being in charge of content, that messaging and focus matters.
Text and Visual Search - Very Responsive and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
The overarching search function makes it very simple to find the video containing what you're looking for and that's great, but once you're in the video, the visual cues make the product great! If it was slow at searching it would be useless... But it is crazy quick! I expected the same slow and clunky video playback like Zoom, but Gong is on another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page where you search is initially a little confusing, but logically, I don't know how it could be any simpler. I guess my answer is I dislike anything in the app.

Training and knowledge of the product we sell.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search for a particular phrase or topic in a call. I also really enjoy the tips/tricks they provide in order to help me improve my communication skills, listening to the customer's wants, needs, and issues, and learning how to respond to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will search for a word or phrase I had mentioned on a call and I will not get any results, however, that only provides more learning opportunities to learn how to effectively utilize the tools of this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving an array of client problems with gong. The ability to share calls with clients and then they can share the call with their team has made things significantly easier to work through and provide support for my clients.

Great integrations with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is SO easy to use - the Zoom integration makes it seamless. Easy search functionality for titles and transcripts - making past content usable for teams + continued learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes back to back calls get recorded as a single call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal education, better customer conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is quite simply the best sales coaching software I have ever used. I have used them all! The UI and UIX are clean, intuitive, and sleek. Furthermore, the customer service is amazing. Thank you!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. If forced to say something I guess I am waiting on the full 2-way integration with HubSpot so i can update fields in Gong and they are updated in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving how my reps communicate with prospects.

Do it!!!
Gong has saved me hours a week or review notes and tagging for teammates to be caught up on deals
