Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is good to go back and listen to calls to see if you missed something and for coaching junior members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels a bit big brother(ish) and a management tools, You get a lot of reminders etc which are a bit spammy/

Tool to help close deals
I enjoy Gong because it has a seamless and easy to understand user interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface! It is very easy to navigate Gong and find exactly what I am looking for. It saves me time which I can allocate elsewhere within my career while also easing any potential frustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Gong had more options with scanning calls. It would be extremely helpful to search through calls by keywords or more topics. I find the topics available do not completely cover exactly what I want to search in Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has allowed me to review my own calls and become more accustomed with giving myself feedback. This allows my performance to be constantly improving which benefits my company.

The design is bright and modern with a user-friendly interface.

More accessibility features would be helpful.

Agent call recording, grading, training and calibration.

What do you like best about the product?
I still like the benefits and insights we can get on this platform in one click. The data we can populate per agent or market is fantastic, and the creation of libraries in 1 place is impressive.
I like the statistic analysis that can be segmented per keyword spoken and see trends month over month or quarter over quarter.

What do you dislike about the product?
Side languages are yet not the most well developed as English to seek by trackers etc. also when I was requesting to support calls in Hebrew transcript (which was happening) we couldn't use trackers as they weren't optionable to detect in other language than English

all problems, they are also very quick responding. I love that we can request features and most likely get them done

The synchronizing with Google meet and easy to Use, moreover there is a possibility to transcribe the calls.

Nothing, everything works fine and support always helps when needed

What do you like best about the product?
Useful to keep track of deals and calls. The transcripting tool is pretty accurate. Used it frequently to listen to calls, to ensure nothing is missed out. Also used it to track deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the transcripting for Asian accents wasn't accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong helps you with your performance job as you can analyze other colleagues' calls and improve your quality score. Furthermore, it is a fantastic tool to be assessed by your TL, as they can give you feedback on your calls and discuss your strengths and weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calls are not registered until two hours later, so sometimes you cannot include some excellent calls in a contest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, you can search for relevant information discussed during the call, so if you haven't had the opportunity to take notes with the Gong tool, you always have access to the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the analytics of the tool and the way it can pickup up on certain topics being discussed. I also really like the call feedback functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tbh I haven't really seen any downsides yet if any, I'd be sure to let me someone know if I do in future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to have to take notes while on a call and also allowing reps to get better by relistenjng to their calls and seeing where they can improve. Which was not really possible before a tool like gong

What do you like best about the product?
It's good for listening to calls and finding out what was said and how it was said. It's also good for going back and double checking what the client said, so that you can ensure that you get things right or you have backup to help correct a situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too complicated, and not intuitive at all. Using it is very...discomforting. Searching for calls is not easy, moving around in the calls is not easy, and understanding the pipeline management portion of it is almost impossible. Some people figure it out, but I think most just fumble through and tell tall tales about how easy it is for them to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the only business problem gong solves is the call recordings. It allows me to review my calls and listen to them so that I can understand either where I went wrong or what the customer really said.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for training purposes. You can see your talk ratios and the call is broken up by topics so you can easily jump to a section you want to review. I also love that I can send the recordings to my customers so they can review our call discussion. I also LOVE the transcripts and how I can search a topic and it will take me to the exact point in the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after a call with a customer when I am drafting up the follow up email my gong recording takes a while to load. Sometimes I have hour long calls so understandably it will not be instant but I wish the load time was a little quicker so I don't have to wait before sending my folow up email.

Call recaps to customers. And Gong is helping me improve my skillset in my role by allowing me to review calls.
