What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to go back and review my own sales calls, as well as view other calls from coworkers so I can learn more information about customer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interruptive call recording for training purposes. I understand why you use it, it is not a pleasant sounding voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call reviews... It is so beneficial to watch myself on calls. I love that you can search the call library in order to go through past calls as well. My business performance has definitely increased due to Gong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone who is involved in sales should use Gong.

The Most Powerful Sales Tool On Planet Earth

What do you like best about the product?
My bosses have proclaimed to me over and over that Gong is the most powerful sales tool on planet earth. Its like their mantra. It is truly a great tool to help your sales team improve their skills and get better everyday. I love it and I tend to agree with them. Gong is huge- you should probably get it if you don't already have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't know what's possibly missing. Seems pretty much awesome all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze your own talk tracks, body language, etc. Identify gaps in presentation ie ums, uhs, wasted words, going down the wrong path in your presentation and make corrections.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been such a helpful tool in helping me train for my current role. I'm able to listen to my own calls as well as others on my team & the top SDR's of my company and learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly so far I have no complaints, it's been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems in my job would be overcoming objections and Gong gives me the platform to so many objection handling.

What do you like best about the product?
How far you can drill down to find specific words in calls to locate what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overwhelming at first but that goes away in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If certain words are coming up that are negative or need more attention, we can find out why they are and how to overcome them.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to use in Gong for your team like scorecards, keywords, call coaching and more things I don't even know about. Plus, their team is extremely helpful and so nice! I was able to hop on a video call with Melissa and she shared so many useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more video walkthroughs of the tools that can be used and different ways to use them. The walkthrough tutorial we had with Melissa was so so helpful, but there are a few things that are confusing at times, so having a clear video to not take up people's time would be so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is helping our team members have stronger conversations and overcome obstacles on the phone. We have a script, but my team does not follow that 100% due to the conversations they are having, but there are a ton of objections and hearing those back are SO helpful. We have been able to create an internal FAQ for my team so those questions that have come up can be reviewed before hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it analyses the call and shows what is done well and what needs improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is usually very off and quite different from what is being said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've cut down on filler words, I am aware of my customer to agent speaking ratio, and am having more in-depth conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the filter and search capabilities that make it super simple to find calls that match the needs of your initiative. Especially being able to search by term or specific keyword.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. This software is truly optimized for use of all teams at a SaaS company, allowing us to be able to retrieve valuable insights from in-field interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we are solving is being able to gain valuable insights from in-field interactions with prospects and potential customers. This allows us to see first-hand and gather primary data that feed into our Marketing processes and collateral.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the tool is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a premium price point so users need to utilize it to get the value, but if they do use the data it is valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take meeting minutes. I can also review calls to revisit feature requests as well as listen to calls I miss. I like that you can create snippets of calls as well to provide focused feedback to others when sharing calls.
