What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and learn from the VOD. Clearly pick up what I missed but slow things down and see where and how I could have lead a prospect in the conversation in a better route. Also can see what other peers are doing and how they navigate the calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of a nitpicky thing for me. But the followup emails (maybe able to change in the settings) get a little spammy if you have lots of calls. I know to followup and if I wasn't organized might be really helpful but for me I don't need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look back on my customer calls to recall what follow-up action items I said I would look into for them; Gong's "assist" feature is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many I can think of! One thing that could improve Gong even more would be the ability to slow down call recordings. In the same way we can speed up and listen at 1.25X or 1.50X speed, etc., it would be equally beneficial in some instances to slow the call down to 0.80x speed, 0.60x speed, etc. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Catching an internal meeting's recording that I wasn't able to attend live due to already having a meeting conflict
- Being able to look back on my customer interactions to review follow-up action items I promised, as well as review and improve my word tracks

Having to explain what it is and why we are using it.

It's solving the problem of not being able to see full activity and any themes throughout level of activity and opps.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in a very meeting-heavy role, Gong has been a valuable time saver for me and has assisted me in providing better service to my customers. Every meeting on my calender is recorded on Gong and I often use the transcriptions as my main source of key notes. Additionally, I use the recordings to share vital pieces of training with my customers, which allows me to spend less time re-training and more time working to better serve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had never worked for a company that used a recording service like Gong so initially I thought it was a big of a "big brother" move. After seeing how it really works and learning I have access to view who is watching my Gongs it eased those fears and the benefits majorly outweighed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is very meeting heavy, and I have a lot of action items come out of each meeting. I also do a lot of trainings via zoom. Gond has helped solve the problem of needing to take notes during meetings or not rememebring key takeaways, and I am able to share recordings of my trainings instead of re-training.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a CSM and having my calls recorded and available is incredibly helpful for review and call-backs especially.
Additional functions like call scoring for longest monologue, customer story, patience, etc... is also very helpful for getting a gauge of how the meetings are going and where I have room for improvement.

A MUST NEED tool for your Tech Stack!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been extremely helpful in helping me improve my talk track. I have been able to listen back to calls, receive feedback from my managers/peers, and implement that on future calls. Gong has also been extremely helpful in training purposes. Listening in on Senior rep calls and learning from their demos and experiences has been a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside yet! I use Gong daily and love using filters to make accessibility easier.
