We can tag our team leaders in quality in real time to get a better feedback without missing on any pointers. This also helps us understand how we can improve our calls and GONG has been one of the better opprtunities to upskill our sales task

Tagging other manages or any higher authortative person if I feel that some call is really good enough with respect to different aspects and helping others to improve on the same.

I would say it is sometimes difficult to find those calls which we need at the moment. As it usually take a little longer than expected to reflect the calls on gong.

It does help alot with respect to learning the mistakes and it helps in working and improving those techniques and it was also helpful in analyzing other's calls to learn and use different techniques in sales.

There is nothing that can be disliked . All the things are organized and segreated properly wherin we can indivisul see and listen different program calls and work on improving indivisually.
