Good for helping with workflow management

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitively built, so once it is set up correctly, it works really well. I'm not super into it, but from what I've watched during trainings, you can really customize to maximize your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some extended time when loading things or transcribing. I generally overlook this because its powerfulness makes it worth short waits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meetings with clients. So far, it's been great. Easy to share. Biggest thing for our company is its strong integration with Salesforce which is our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to tag different categories, get notifications, and track such things as sentiment and competition. The mobile app is pretty good, too as it allows you to connect and listen as you drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I can not think of anything to add here as we are early days. We started using it around two months, but at the moment, the solution provides what we need. It would be good for marketing to add remembers before they start recording, like "Make sure you ask, how did you hear of HIVERY" on first calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to gain insight into customer insights and discover patterns. This has helped form our thinking about product positioning and content marketing development ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
To evaluate my performance and improve my skills, review my interactions, assess my patience, and count the number of questions I asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Gong doesn’t record Microsoft Teams meetings, and the transcript for Spanish is very poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can follow up on my accounts when my teammates continue to work on them.

Great Solution to Long Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Instead of everyone needing to log on to a full company meeting, our time can be used however works for us. I love that our company uses Gong for this and you can even go back and reference the information later!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a lot of issues with Gong really -- I wish more companies used it! Maybe being able to put your own notes at certain time points in the video would be helpful but having the transcript is already a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You don't have to take diligent notes on a training video or meeting -- you can just go back and reference it again as needed.. you can even skim the transcript instead of watching it!

What do you like best about the product?
Recapping calls and presentations to review and very helpful for new hires trying to learn the product. Ability to save calls, the clear representation on PPT if any are shared, and call quality is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across an issue with GONG, so far the experience has been great, I do not dislike anything about the product in particular to comment on about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New hire product learning capabilities, Clients, sales and CSM tones on calls, trouble shooting concerns I have not come across with out own product but Gong gives us the ability to make that happen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go back and listen. it helps me critique myself and get feedback from peers. It supports collaberation. i also no longer have to take meeting notes wich is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike it at all. i could utilize more. It would to be nice to have some type of tie with my calls on my cell. I find it to be a resourceful tool. Wish it picked up my phone calls too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it has helped me solve remember all the details of my meetings. I talk to so many grocers and by reviewing my calls I am actually able to see trends within customers feedback

What do you like best about the product?
That I can take snippets from a conversation and comment on it or share it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think this product is great and I personally don't haven't had enough time with it to know if I have dislikes

Being able to look at a conversation transcript to write better notes about a conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used other similar software that do a lot of what Gong does, but nothing is as easy to use and as impactful to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides, it's the premier tool in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales training has been significantly faster and easier, internal meetings are automatically recorded for review and for peope who miss calls, onboarding resources are all saved in Gong for new hires.

Amazing insight tool for further self improvement!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides valuable data helping me understand how to be more effective with lead management. The filtration of calls database is so advanced I can easily navigate within the platform to find points of interest and review my previous calls and search for specific information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does take a while for the call to be recorded within the database but I fully understand this cannot always be an instant process due to longer conversation processing time and upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me tone down on my lack of patience whist on a call with a lead as well as helps me maintain and further improve my interaction with the contact I am talking to. It also has a very clear and helpful visual of the conversation which is very helpful for visual learners such as myself!

Amazing tool for onboarding and development!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been an integral part of my onboarding and development as a new business development rep in the SaaS space! I love that I can listen to my colleagues' calls to prepare myself for my own calls and hear objection handling in real scenarios. I also love how advanced the call search features are. They make it very easy to find calls where specific topics are discussed or specific objections were thrown into play. The features that allow you to jump around in call listening sessions are also very nice - those, combined with transcripts, allow me to be efficient with my listening time and only listen to parts of the call that are relevant to what I am looking for. Such an advanced, useful tool for anyone trying to develop a career in sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are not always 100% accurate. Oftentimes, I find mistakes/things that were misinterpreted so if you just tried to read the text and not listen, you may be a little confused. However, I understand that with different voices/tones/accents, it would be very difficult for the AI to be perfect! Not really a complaint and more of just room for improvement since I have been asked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to train and shadow my colleagues in a virtual world! It has prepared me to make my own calls. It also allows me and my managers to go back and listen to calls I have made so we can identify areas I can improve. Super helpful for training and development!
