What do you like best about the product?
Recordings are clear and I always hear the calls when i have a review call, recordings are listed as per the dates which is a very good thing. You can always look back at recordings when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime few words are missing in the recording not sure if its because of the network or issue with gong. I guess this is the only issue that I see with gong currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quality is what improves everytime I go back and listen to the call recordings.

Good way to listen to your own calls and learn your own mistakes and it will help not to repeat

- Ability to quickly search call transcripts, trackers, and initiative adoption
- Account overview with emails and calls in a timeline
- Visibility into team metrics for coaching (calls listened, feedback, scorecards)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Transcripts can be slightly off, so searching can require finessing terms
- It can be difficult to search a high volume of calls without clicking into individual calls
If I were to recommend product enhancements, I would request:
- More integration with AI and Google Suite would be helpful to create automated follow-up emails
- More focus on Customer Success renewals and best practices to differentiate sales vs. CSM roles
- More insight into closed-lost deals and customer pain points
- It can be difficult to search a high volume of calls without clicking into individual calls

Gong is solving my weaknesses in my sales approach and boosting the success of my sales.
It is easy to use but maybe it can be made more simpler.

The best thing is what anyone who listens to the calls can write a review about it, I feel it is like an open forum where people can learn more easily.

I feel there could be more filters like the date/time to find the calls more easily.

We are able to listen to calls and give or receive feedback through we the quality of our work will be more efficient and better.

I love how Gong has expanded its offering with automated email templates to streamline followups.. also enjoy their content and data they bring to sales professionals.

I really can not think of any downsides of Gong..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I listen to plenty of Gong calls to help get up to speed with my new industry. I also enjoy their automated email templates to send the recording to prospects when necessary.
Gong helps me get better at my job
What do you like best about the product?
I can listen to myself on calls later, confirming that what I thought during the call happened the way I remember! My managers and bosses can correct me too.

Not very much! Easy to use and sending calls to other team members or people in the org is easy too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to go back and dissect calls and scenarios which is so valuable in the sales world. To be able to recieve advice from managers and coworkers is vital.

To QA the call and make sure it’s as per the client standards

I think gong is a very good choice made by the company

If i forgot to take notes, gong takes it for me, attends the meetings for me as well and records every details for my minutes of meeting, talk ration as well as helps me listen to others calls
Great tool for customer analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Love the insights based on customer activities and calls recorded, like the to-do feature within gong which reminds me of actions to be taken after each call. I am also using flow feature within gong to build out templates to send for sales reachouts

Everything good for now, expecting more AI integration to help succeed at our jobs
