Gong is really helpful
What do you like best about the product?
You can hone in on a particular speaker or look for key words.

There is a lot of information that opens at the beginning that I don't need

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to listen to a full deal cycle of a more experienced colleague and learn their mannerisms as they engage a prospect. Then being able to find points of the discussion by topic is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a big fan of the fact that I need an internet connection to listen. I wish I could download the entire call to my cell so that I can listen while walking in areas without cell coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with my speed to ramp to a full quota and be able to have in-depth technological discussions based on what I hear my remote teammates using in their calls.
It is very useful for work!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can record our calls - It is very beneficial for remote work because sometimes we miss a few things here and there. I also love the transcribe module. It is like having captions while watching yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I can think of one yet, but one thing I wish was a feature is to upload videos without the whole company seeing it. I think it might be an option but I noticed I can only upload in the front page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back to calls and seeing what I missed or need to re-visit in that work meeting. Another great option is being able to watch recordings in one place just in case I have to be out of office during the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me be a fly on a wall to hear what my customers are saying about us, what they love, and where they're facing issues. Setting up alerts as an advocacy pro makes it easy to get alerted when a customer is gushing over us to hit up an impromptu act of advocacy and find the next great testimonial.
Gong also makes it easy to ramp quicker. Starting a new company you can just head into gong and learn super quick how you product is being pitched, what's working and what doesn't.

Honestly, nothing really. Gong does what it says it will and does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voice of the customer. Gong is helping us to know what's going on with our customers and ensure that the wider organization has a way to listen in and gain insights from that voice.
More than just a library of calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful in that it's not only a library for my company's calls, it also allows me to listen to them on the go. I rewatch demos/discos while I'm on the treadmill, listen to calls when I'm driving, and really love the feature where I can make playlists and save filters for the calls that best pertain to my needs. Gong also helps with personal improvement by providing me with an organized list of my own calls to review and emails me when meetings I've scheduled have gone off to make sure I can easily get my hands on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that it often miswrites words in the audio-to-text feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me ramp up in a new sales role to hear my own calls and reference others' to learn from. It helps me realize the average length of BDR's monologues on calls and to reference for my own. I also love that there is a way to search different topics I want to hear mentioned in calls to learn more about.

Very effective tool for reviewing past conversations and tracking high-level deal flow.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the call recordings. It's helpful to have a record of what was discussed because it ensures you have full context in your conversations. I don't know competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be mismanaged and used in the wrong way if given to an organization with poor culture. In some ways, it incentivizes micro-management in a career that already has the most numeric-based KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Losing value during the sales cycle. Gong benefits reps because they can use insights to tie value to cost, increasing conversion rates. Later stage sales cycles have benefited from clearer communication so that customers understand why they're buying.

Great software for call coaching
What do you like best about the product?
Interaction data gives key insights into talk ratio, details around how much customers speak, etc. Scorecards are effective in sharing quick/easy feedback to CSMs and we can track specific
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some ways I can think of improving the software but I don't view these as issues. It would be great if Gong could record key notes from the call and share them as a summary - some other platforms have this feature.

Gong helps you keep track of your prospects, beautiful aid for sales coaching, and great way to improve your selling skills!

Sometimes Gong gets confused, but overall an excellent product!
