THE Difference Maker For Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works in enablement, it's tough to pick just one thing i like best about Gong. We use the platform across our entire revue org and it provides value for all roles. The first exposure any of our sales reps get to Gong is during onboarding, where we do a Gong walkthrough to show all reps how to use it and how it will be used by their manager to review their calls. We also have a formal certification process during onboarding and to help reps prepare for that, we have two types of best practice libraries for them. There is one library to watch all other certifications and there is a library for all best practice discovery calls.
For our sales managers they use Gong and it's scorecard/comments elements to coach their sales teams and it has seen us have a huge upturn in win rates, opportunities created and churn risk being highlighted.
Moreover, the data that the leadership team can pull from Gong is at an unbelievable level and has impacted our entire revenue org.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike about gong, but the main area would be around the scorecard reporting. We have an out the box SFDC dashboard, which is useful, but when I pull reports from gong, it's really just a CSV file of pretty unusable data. An addition to an analytics section would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with ramp time and it's helped bring our time to first deal down significantly

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps you with finding out what needs to be improved. There is so much on the platform and its really easy to find the content you need

What do you like best about the product?
I like listening back to my calls and then listening to how my colleagues will handle the same situation. Also, I enjoy seeing all of my metrics and tracking everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy feeling like I am being watched on every call I make. I wish there was a way to toggle the system on/off for the cold calls I make. I feel as though every voicemail that I leave needs to be recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is allowing me to shadow other reps in work from home environment. This will enable me to help people improve while improving myself. I always have loved to shadow people, and this is the easiest platform to do it on.
Simple and Powerful Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
how you can see the video of the demo and/or you can switch it to transcribe where you see the words as they recording is happening. this makes it easy if you don't have headphones but need to know what was gone over to gather info/pain points from prospects and clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribe translation could be better, for the most part it's very accurate but sometimes it jumps around when one person is talking it shows the other person talking and not all words are transcribed correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When/if I miss information needed from a prospect, i can go back into gong and pull up the call to play back and fill in any notes or pain points that i didn't gather on the live call so that my territory manager is fully prepared without having to go back and take time to listen to the call themselves
Cant live without it
What do you like best about the product?
Whether listening to my calls or reviewing my peer's calls, I can no longer live without Gong. Coming into a new company, I significantly reduced my learning curve and got the lingo down much faster because of the repetition that Gong allows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some AI features are still being worked through but are still usable. It does upload calls that don't actually connect, so I end up sorting through more calls than I want to find what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to listen to my own calls and have my peers/management be able to give me feedback on them has been massively helpful. I can compare what other reps are doing and hear how prospects are responding so I can continue to improve my delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of being able to share the recording with customers after trimming the timelines is very convenient. Transcription of the call is also accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike in Gong. However, it would be great to have more editing features within Gong.

Gong helps me to record my meetings with customers during onboarding and refer to the recordings in case of a need for clarification.
Effective and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an exceptional tool that has greatly helped in identifying areas of improvement for a sales pitch and in allowing for real focus during a call, knowing the transcript will be available after. It is intuitive and very easy to use, with minimal uplift to get it started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Gong has been such a great tool to add to my sales process. I have come to rely on it fully and am excited to continue using it as I uncover its additional functions.

Gong has been essential in allowing for complete focus during a presentation or intro call. Because of its reliability, I can remain present in a call, knowing that I will have the video and transcript to refer back to later.

Gong gives you the possibility to access information in a real world environment and learn as well as reassessing own calls and getting better over time

The customers in my personal area of work are sometimes sceptical of being recorded via Gong (or in general)

Time Problems: not being able to take part in learning sessions or going over a call that somebody else did not have time shaddowing
Game changing conversation intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to put all my focus on the conversation at hand, without having to stop and look away to take notes. Even better is that I can utilize the keyword search to quickly review past meetings to prep for future ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly and honestly have yet to find something that I dislike about Gong. From the software to their free content on LinkedIn, everything is incredible.

Gong allows me to take notes, review past meetings, and focus more on having genuine conversations which overall reduces my admin work and gives me time back in my day to focus on the bigger picture items.
