Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review interaction with clients for feed back from leaders or just to review what was discussed
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some features on the software that I'm not sure how to use but that will come with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me review part calls with clients to remind myself what was discussed.

It is very easy to use and the integration (at least since I'm an end user, not an admin) is completely seamless and helps keep track of deals with prospects we talk to. I really like the automated recommendations

So far I haven't found anything I dislike about Gong. I even like the fact that you can share snippets of conversations and the automated recommendations,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to get feedback from colleagues and from manager on how a call went and how we can continue to improve with very detailed messaging that doesn't get lost in memory

Gong highlights key stats and keywords, which can really help for perfecting my pitches

That gong is automatically set to record on a call and the echo of the gong voice introducing themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the fact that I can go back and understand how I am doing on my calls and to pinpoint specifically what I need to work on for greater success.

While anyone tied to revenue benefits the most from full Gong access, everyone in the organization can benefit from having viewer access.
Especially leading the customer success team, I want EVERYONE to listen to customer calls to get feedback straight from them. This ensures customer centricity, and democratizes access to those insights.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little too heavy for our age and stage. As an early-stage start up, we don't have the RevOps capacity to use Gong to its full extent. I would love a Gong "Light" that was more affordable that we could use until we're ready to scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Onboarding new employees: Providing access to customer calls helps employees in every department understand our customers' needs and the problems we're trying to solve
- Evidence for business decisions: We use customer feedback as a key indicator of product and business decisions, and having snippets gives credence to those ideas.

The recording feature also transcribes the audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripts are not always 100% correct.

I don't have to always take physical notes.
Amazing, versatile business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for onboarding and training as it allows trainees to review a call at their own pace, and cross-reference the transcript.

Sometimes Gong is a bit late to join the meeting

Being able to hear my calls helps me to direct quick adjustments to my pitches and responses. I also use the tool to take notes of the customer responses to better prepare for future calls ..

Navigating through team calls can be a little challenging. Also, I seem to have to look for calls more when calling a personal cell phone.. Even when the contact information is connected to the account

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it automatically joins calls and registers each person on the call. I love the playback and share call option so that I never have to remember to record a call if I want to send it to a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text transcription is not very good, Gong thinks I am saying very different words than I am. I can use it for a baseline but always re-watch the video to see what I actually said.

I no longer have to take my own notes, the email reminders for my action items are super helpful and it makes me able to be more productive in back-to-back calls so I don't have to remember what I said I would do for my customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it very easy to record Zoom calls and review call libraries to learn from my own sales conversations or other colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides. The transcripts aren't always accurate but still pretty good. I haven't used some non core features like deal tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an AE, I can learn from my own calls and others. Also, it helps take notes for me so I can be more engaged listening during calls instead of trying to take my own notes.
