Fantastic 360 Visibility Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows critical learning across the sales organization. Because all calls are recorded, transcribed, and graphed, various levels of staff can play, observe, and learn from the other personalities within the sales organization. Gong also allows people to at a glance see sale call and demo interactivity via graphing. Then a person can quickly move to various tipping points within the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that recordings can only be 6 hours long (there is a time limit). We would like recordings to be possible for 8 or 9 hours across our entire demonstration day. Gong really is an innovative, must-have platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of the legacy 'she said, he said' situation, since all calls are recorded, we can go back and review interactions and calls even as enterprise implementation processes begin. This review of calls gives important context to ongoing business process discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
Having every customer call recorded so that I can go back, at any time, to check in on how a deal has evolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would send post-call emails to me. Instead of having to pore through the transcript, it'd be nice to have an automated post-call email sent to me summarizing next steps I need to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every call is recorded, so I don't have to feverishly write notes during a call. It helps me listen & focus on what the prospect is saying, which allows me to ask better questions.
I can also plainly see where I need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Opportunity to go back and review details of a meeting, create simple or detailed notes to share with collegues tied to the timing of the meeting and ability to share the meeting with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a very rare occasion a sentece or a few words are ommitted from the recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus on what the client is stating and asking for and not having to take detailed notes.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great and easy interface
- Well structured
I enjoy the easyness of communicating with my team and the option to show some calls to some specific people.
I love the transcriptions as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like gong to have an option to translate calls that would help us a lot when sharing information within different markets.
At the same time, id love to have the option to see shorter calls than a minute
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way of communicating with the people on my team and great tool to find calls as it has the time, the lenght, the name of the customer and the name of the rep, even the reviews.

Easy way to keep on top of Sales

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the easy integration to every Zoom meeting I have. It always starts recording right on time, never misses a beat, and being able to see the call in written format is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have no complaints about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a few problems! First, it records every sales meeting I have. Second, it records the meetings automatically so I don't have to worry about it. Third, it highlights the important parts of the conversation when looking at the transcribed version.

Great Tool for Feeback and Coaching

What do you like best about the product?
Its a useful to review the transcripts to get accurate notes. Also, its very easy to share snippets of calls and also ask for feedback directly from my manager. The search function is extremely effective, you can search within the transcript which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in a multilingual team, the product struggles whenever a different language is being used. If you start the call with 2 Spanish speakers and then switch to English the transcript will not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives visibility of the status of my accounts to my managers. Also, it helps me review my calls and receive direct feedback on certain sales and negotiation situations.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration directly into communication channels makes it so simple to focus on engagement which doesn't detract from quality of conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe with continued improvements to software and machine learning, this solution can continue to excel and be a leader in the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is trying to help make meetings for efficiently while allowing participants to be focused on engagement and conversation. It takes away mundane and time-costly activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an extremely convenient and easy way to monitor conversations that you or your team have had with clients, internally or with anyone you have a call with. The
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Gong cannot pick up specific terms or company names which makes searching through calls for mentions challenging. Company names specifically are often mistagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In client-focused businesses where you have many calls, remembering all of them is a challenge. The ability to quickly read through or listen through old calls to quickly ramp up on a client or issue is valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find calls based on keywords, and the transcription/search function for keywords within a specific call. Rather than having to listen to hours of material, you can very easily find the specific section you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our instance is setup mostly for sales it seems, and it would be great to have some customer success and account management features in place. This could also be an issue on our side, where we haven't set this up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to maintain accountability throughout our sales cycle and post-sales lifecycle. Every call is recorded and we can see whether a client did, or did not, say something along with our employees.
