Gong is best in class call recording and analytics software
What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps transcribe and record calls to allow sales reps to take less notes, managers to pull insights off data and call coaching can be made easier for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
manual set up process of triggers, libraries and scorecards can be tough when no sales enablement team exists. This has been time intensive for us, but the rewards of having this software far outweigh the set up effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording. Integrations to SFDC to help track meetings and progress. Sales coaching can now be done at a wider scale helping reps to improve over time and new hires to have a library of what good looks like. Analytics and intelligence helps leadership see trends at a high level for our organization and drill into individual rep details as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is an excellent software platform, and its pricing may concern smaller businesses or those operating on a tight budget. The cost of implementing Gong's services may not be feasible for organizations with limited financial resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides visibility into the sales process by capturing and analyzing sales conversations. It helps sales managers and leaders gain insights into the quality of customer interactions, deal progress, and potential roadblocks. This visibility enables proactive decision-making, better pipeline management, and more accurate forecasting.
Easy access tool for call recording ,call listening and great for Training and quality check

Gong is a user-friendly tool, easy to access call recording, Maximes the effectivity of our QA team. Has been transcribed too! Great work!

some delays, but so far so good, No issue so far

Helps us to review calls and better follow up with prospects. It's also great for training, identifying areas of improvement and managing sales teams.

Gong allows us to share meetings efficiently with other team members and save time. Also allows only one team member to be at the meeting as Gong will take notes automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Coaching and training for our sales teams: Gong provides tools that help support like me as I develop our teams. It enables leaders like me to examine and comment on audio recordings of sales talks, spot coaching opportunities, and exchange best practices. Our sales teams may improve their abilities, hone their strategies, and eventually close more deals with the assistance of this coaching tool.

Learning curve: For our new agents, Gong's extensive features and capabilities may present a learning curve. It takes time to properly comprehend and successfully use all of Gong's features, according to some of our agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited comprehension of our prospect's behavior and preferences: Gong's AI-powered insights give us a greater knowledge of their choices. Gong assists sales people like us with identifying trends, customer pain areas, objections, and buying signals by analyzing conversations. This information enables our sales teams to customize their strategies, better answer customer needs, and ultimately clinch more deals.
Great for Team Resources, Call review, and Evidence
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our team can snippet calls and share with the team for continued training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Gong for call reviews and sharing snippets, so it really is great for that. I do have trouble knowing if a Zoom call is going to be in Gong or not, as not all Zoom calls should go into Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every sales rep has different conversations and styles of learning, so Gong is great to help to hone our pitch and learn more from other team members and managers.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility, checking the recordings in real-time and conducting coaching through the visibility of QA and supervisors feedback. I was able to self-monitor and be guided for that.

None at this time. It works well for me.

Great tech that helps streamline my day
What do you like best about the product?
With access to Gong, I have access to a full history of conversations and transcripts from ever customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is nice but needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased Productivity. I have the ability to search a call and find specific sections based on key words rather than listening to the entire call.

I love that it automatically adds itself to my meetings with my clients and makes it super easy for me to review calls and send recordings and even crop the recordings if I need to do so.

I don't have anything negative to say about Gong.
